To work at it and seeking a fair closure to the "unanswered issues" is a way of stepping in the bathtub for yet another rinse...it never ends but it feels refreshing once u're over with it...EVERY other day..for some, twice splashed is a routine while 3 washes is a rule depending on which environment U R in...

Waving goodbye for good to the forever GONE accounts is to some, a way of life in moving on but for many more, it is biting the dust to cope with that dilemma however, it is gratifying to come to a decent closure when catching up with facts and stats just so, for everything should have a humble start to a honorable end with a fair closure on facts revealed, thats what this thread is trying to achieve even if the road is meandering with slippery obstacles we still encounter both in people and issues to factual details presented...the closure is anywhere but close in sight...so please, let the journey continue...in style if you will.

If the chronilogical order of things occurring, people resigning, merchants not being paid, speculative money missing, etc... is simply to be acknowledged with a bunch of people nodding their collective heads, saying yup, yup, that's what happened...what, really, are we doing here?

Most of us remember the order of things, some of us even printed out pages from the old forum(many, many pages).

It seemed at the outset of this thread, that things were going to be revealed that had not made it to the light of day before now. I am always open to factual information. It just seems to cheapen when mixed with denigrating insinuations, not as palatable. For those who seek drama, it is as good as maybe watching some desperate housewives, but I find that just as droll as this thread has become.

If there is FACTUAL information, beyond reproach, let's have it. If not, let's not give in to the temptation of sullying this one or that one just to acheive the victor/villain simplification.

My two cents worth = let the unveiling continue...

LOL. mmfast, you are a realist! Refreshing.

At the outset, we were setting the table, as it were. Then, newer members requested some history and rationale. Style acknowledged that there were some items that he (and others) were unaware of, and it was nice to have a couple Pioneers fill in some gaps.

If I was to come out and say "in September the Bank REALLY sent back the servers" many, many would scream for more or curse me for lying (and then turn again on BM anew). Without knowing for sure IF the servers were removed from the site, etc. etc., it is just so much noise. If, however, we were to say that the DNS was updated in Sept, Oct, Dec, Jan, Feb, and Mar, it only becomes meaningful if you understand what a DNS is, and why it is necessary for discussion. Make sense?

We are not going to just throw out items and topics without validation and support. I, for one, am not like them. FACT: BM has had account(s) hacked. Who? How much? Where? THAT is how one goes about seeking the truth. (Of course, many of the questions from here on out can only be answered by those involved directly. BM, WW, GN, J&S (ask a Pioneer), the "Reverend", Bryce, Keith...............and on and on.)

As far as (me) playing the executioner, you should direct your dialogue to others. I have always strived for the presentation of the public facts, and some not so public, to the members for two reasons: Enlightenment and Satisfaction. I cannot speak for BM, and I won't. Only he can complete this story (not BNM, as many think). Ultimately, yes, BM is responsible. But if those following along gain anything from this in the way of knowledge or support, both pro and con, we have been successful.

Win or lose, I will continue on. If the conclusions are negative to Pips and membership, know that I WILL NOT sugar coat or deny. But, as it stands, we have more support positive than negative. Even if all that happens is everyone gets their money back (eventually) it is a positive thing to most.

So, why haven't I presented more "facts"? Simple. I was not in Hawaii, nor am I a merchant. I am waiting for someone that was there or is/was a merchant (or privy to merchant info like Paddy) to speak to the facts that were presented or exist here. I have heard the tapes (Vegas, KC, Hawaii) but I cannot look into the eyes of a recording.

I have gotten us to January/February. A little help now from one who was in Hawaii would be nice. Then we can move on. mmfast, "new" or obscure facts will begin to emerge as we move through 2005. Some questions will not be answered as those we are directing the questions at aren't talking.

Many things have occured, and while some have maintained, followed, and kept up to date, many have looked at the implied message, without understanding the rules being applied.

As I have said for a long time, 'the truth is out there'. People just need to follow the 'blues' clues to get to the end result. Rely on what is in your heart on what you believe.

Either you believed in BM when this whole process started, or you didn't. What has changed in your evaluation at determining the truth? Why is BM so public now, if things were about to go sour?

WHO LOST THE MISSING MASS? According to astronomers, up to 90% of the matter that ought to exist in the universe appears to be missing. This is the kind of mismanagement that makes Amtrak look good. One theory is that the missing mass was shipped to the wrong address. Another theory holds that the missing mass isn't missing at all, it's just being hoarded by speculators. But just think of it, most of the universe has been misplaced! When those responsible are found, heads should roll.
