Keep going Arcturus , Please ..

This is all so very interesting everyone is looking for some sort of answers, some questions ,some concerns, some dotes and something that just don’t seen quite right . I have a one or should I say more that one of those.

( 1 ) Did ??? GN ,W W, Keith, and I think at the time ( Elizabeth ? ) and if I can remember there was someone else .Did they all resign or were they polity ask to leave by BM ?
I have the gut feeling the latter is the answer…..
Bryan is no fool and something that just had to come to a head sometime or another. If I was fired , I feel sick as well sort of gee guys I don’t want to go back to work for health reasons or the dog ate my home work just to save face .. and all the others went because of Sympathy pains or because they were Bests of Friends. ..Something had to come down that day in Bryan’s office .
I don’t think they were called to Bryan’s office for Tea and crumpets.

( 2 ) Early 2005 I think - There was also a Man ( loosely said by me ) that was hell bent for leather to bring Bryan down ... sort of got caught with cheating the merchant system and I guess he didn't like getting caught and swore he would GET Bryan and Take him down ....called Bryan everything under the sun in the Old Pips Forums .. Not nice he was. LOL -- Didn’t he have something to do with TG and or an advertising company … advertising company for sure.

Just an off the cuff observation from the old Pips forum and my memory … But there was so much cheating going on to get cash flow from PicPay into their hands and the hands of others that the above mentioned merchant would charge Pips members to get them cash. People had proof of that cheating and posted the copy of emails to the Old Pips Forum .. with headers to prove what was happening .

. There were people that didn’t even know what a on line store was, that were setting them up left right and center to get cash out of PicPay
I can see why Bryan took measures to curb and stop this also.

Example:
There was a man with a boat , wanted mega bucks for this boat ..became a merchant … Golly gee, great fortune .. wasn’t long he sold that boat with PicPay funds … Who bought it .. well come to find out it was his wife … Talk about eating your cake and having it too .. Bryan had to stop this

Now I know I may have got way off the intended subject or maybe not .. BUT just had to throw it out in the open for the newer members who just don’t know the corrupt actions of the members..
Bryan could NOT let this happen.. His company reputation stands with ethics and could not have something that serious to continue …

DID Bryan call in the BNM to do an internal audit to clear this mess up and by doing so they found other just or more serious violations going on within his company?

I WILL wait for the continuing Story …. There is Much more to this than meets the eye.

I have never claimed to have any facts other than those that are apparent to all.

True, Style, but don't you think it rather narrow to state "This is all I need?" Yes, it is a fact that neither of us has gotten a check. Yes, it is a fact that ultimately BM must either take responsibility for all or support those pieces he pushes off......it is his dream, afterall.

But a closed mind is an empty mind, and I see you slamming the door once in a while..... A pact, sir, between you and I. I will not point fingers at anyone (at all) and speak in general terms (except where the fact is indisputable or public) if you will refrain from abusing your position. Deal? At the end of this, I too, will ask a question or two of Mr. Marsden. Some of them will be things you wish to know. But, as goldeneye points out, there are some issues that we need to walk through. She is correct in her assertions of merchant impropriety, but the scope is lacking in hardcore facts, as very few verifiable facts have surfaced regarding the merchant program.

To Arcturus, definitely continue. Thread slowed temporarily but didn't stop and the recent "downturn" that some refer to is merely a bump in the road.

Very good memory and very good information Goldeneye. I too recall the goings on in the forum but that was nearer to the summer than the spring...Surely someone can help us out with the 1st quarter of 2005...

still no CC processor....

Eon Bank took over where HBSC left off...

Due to lack of staff...hundreds of checks sent in for deposits to account were sent back to their owners....

and the cloud in the forum was getting blacker...

Oh...and Burn was still there....last update from him 1/11/2005...from PicPay...

Goldeneye, the guy you referred to was not a merchant as such.
He spammed the whole memberbase with this offer in April 2005:

Pretty sad really, all the following threats he made, some quite nasty and public. I think eventually he was tossed out.

Yes paddyfield ,

That is the one and the same we are talking about ,BUT he was also offering Debit cards That is why I was also thinking adbites was also a merchant and then said he would send the people money instead of the Debit cards ( for a GOOD Price I may add ) a lot of kick back for his trouble... When people ordered the card adbites would send a letter telling them what a good guy he was for doing this for the membership and send then cash again for a good kick back.

I remember this well because there was a member on the old pips forum who posted this letter from adbites with headers to prove what cheating was going on ... This member brought this out in the open and others soon came to say OH YES I got that offer as well ...

I also remember what you have below, but I will say we fully agree it was pretty sad and YES I do believe as well he was kicked out ...

hence another knot in the noose for Bryan. Adbites threatened Bryan everywhere..
But again Bryan could NOT let this happen.. Bryan had to put a stop to it.
