I received a reply to my questions. I was invited to call and so I did.

The person I talked to confirmed that they (as credit card processor) were asked by the National Bank of Malaysia to investigate a lot of transactions that were handled by a certain company. The person stated to be in the process of sending aprox 7000 e-mails out. The person will gather all the answers receive and pass them on to the National Bank of Malaysia.

Only parties involved in the credit card cycle could have had access to that information they stated in the e-mail.

I did my due diligence. I called, I checked the website of this company and inquired at a relative that is working in the credit card industry if she was familiar with this credit card processor. In my opinion this is no phishing attempt but part of the investigation of the National Bank of Malaysia.

Everyone should decide for themselves if they want to answer or not.

I purchased units (PicPay units) for use in a high risk loan program called Pips. After payment I was given the number of units that I purchased and I did invest those units in the high risk loan program. In my opinion I received what I paid for.

As far as I know this high risk loan program (Pips) was stopped and all their funds were frozen by the National Bank of Malaysia (Bank Negara Malaysia). This unfortunate event has resulted in a total halt of the high risk loan program which had the consequence that I did not see any returns on my investment yet.

No, the purchase was from the website named 'picpay.com'. They only allowed me to pay with credit card, after they thoroughly verified that I actually owned the credit card and that I was who I stated I was, i.e. I had to fax serveral documents (driving license, utility bill, front and back of credit card) before they allowed me to purchase via credit card.

I didn't have the opportunity to be satisfied with my purchase. My understanding is that before I withdrew interest from my loan the operation of the program was stopped by the National Bank of Malaysia.

I sincerely hope that the National Bank of Malaysia will soon finish their investigation and release the funds so that the rightfull owners of that money can continue their operation. I then finally hope to receive interest for my high risk loan.

I think this sounds like a bank investigation to verify legal credit card transactions. Remember when Pips had all of those chargebacks? This would be the only way they could verify the transaction was legal and that the real credit card holder made the transaction. They do this in the US when a transaction is questionable. Since they only ask limited info and not for numbers or personal information( which they would already have) all they are asking is if you wanted to make and did you receive what you wanted?
Apparently the bank has already worked through the Pipcapy withdrawl/transfer reference numbers like they said they were going to do in the begining of all of this. Now it looks like they are trying to verify those accounts opened with credit cards and to eliminate the fraud accounts that used stolen cards, if any. This may speed up the last of the investigation if they could verify quickly. Just my opinion.

Oh I meant to mention a small point that I thought hasn't been raised before.
I had an abslutely wonderful time in Hawaii Thank You Mr Bryan. Remember folks if it wasn't for His Vision to further enhance His vision to help others less fortunate He wouldn't gone to so much bother organising events like the Hawaii Convention. Although we did pay for most of it from our Picpay accounts at that time it was still cyberspace screen money with slow withdrawal issues at hand at hand. In other words it seems to me that BRyan Marsden would have had to front up with all that money for the initial deposit's and then to finalise all other accounts left behind after we departed for home.

All those people who were there would surely agree it was the most lavish event I could have imagined ever attended. There was absolutely nothing left to spare at all. Now I'm no accountant however if that Hawaiian Convention didn't reach around USD$5 milion I would be astounded if not.

We must ask this question; Would BM have gone ahead with such a Totally Lavish event `If' He had any intention at all of closing down the whole of the PIPS venture when the convention was finished, Would He have gone to all the expense of The Fashion business, would he have gone to the expense of The Bistro's, The Home Mortgage system which did get started, I think not to any of these. Here in Australia successful people are bawled down it's called The Tall Poppy Syndrome, and sadly there are Evil Forces around Bryan and His goo and Honourable intentions to help people much less fortunate.

I liken those forces to the Banks (The Greatest Ponzi Parasitic Scam of all Time) Government Regulatories and the like which wish to keep the small fry in what I refer to `The Cattle Ring' `The Feed Lot' with a foreman throwing a bale of hay/chaff over the top rail when instructed to do so. Mr Marsden `has' The Vision to help US out of The Feed Lot that Cattle Ring so we can in turn can Help others out.

Whats wrong with these banks mostly they are just plain Greedy and self centered towards their egotiscal self important Vanities. They are Controll Freaks.
They don't have the vision that if so much more money was loosened up throught out the world system people would spend it back into the system creating a fairer system for all peoples from all walks of life; I'm not sure it would be as simple as that description however I imagine it would start a movement just like BM wanted for more Humanitarian Aid and for the so called workers in The Cattle Feed Lot.

I apologise for getting way of the subject matter, however I do get quite passionate about this, and very disapointed with whinging people who it seems have nothing better to do than cry in their BEER.

We all were thoroughly warned in writting in the terms and conditions at our joining time "Do Not Invest/Loan More Than You Can Afford To Lose, And if That As A Result Of The Company Going Down Your Losses Would Cause Hardship". Fortunately I retrieved my initial investment/loan however there was still very much in there that would serve me well at the time being. I am so sorry for those who haven't `Yet' retrieved their loans please maintain some Faith thats much more positive energy than negative stuff.

Well I see Mr Bryan Marsden as an Honourable Man who I feel will acomplish His Missionary Vision. I feel He has The Correct Spirit to Fulfil what was accorded Him.
Come on now let ius all get back to the subject matter at hand; and that is putting the puzzle together as best we can. BM will have the final piece when The BNM is finished then we will see how and why this all came about and then the perpetrators will be brought to justice.

Maybe if one IN A SECRET way started to sabotage the MONEYFLOW and then blame this on ...you know WHO...don't you!

1.Find some GREEDY people in the BANKS to work with...
2. Have a server crash so we can manipulate the MONEYFLOWS....and then blame it all on "the generous ONE"... he's the one who approves and
signs all transfers anyhow...does'nt he?
3.FIND some supporters to help with the BLAMING.
4.Start a forum for PAYING members only...by MY PEOPLE Outside.
5. Give EXCLUSIVE briefings to this people ONLY.
6.Create havoc in the payment system by implementing FRAUD in volume.
7.With the help of OUR greedy bankpeople, start freezing funds, and compile A SIGNIFICANT 8 FIGURE SUM.
8. Initiate an Investigation of "the generous ONE"....and have him removed from post.
9. In the mean time...start a NEW INVESTMENT SCHEME with the "LOYAL GREEDY PEOPLE" of ours with the help of ...A SIGNIFICANT 8 FIGURE SUM..HE HE HE.

THE OUTCOME

WHAT.....THEY DID'nt ARREST HIM?????

just a comment here from a pipster since 2-2005...arcturusI started this thread...on his post #282 he mentions how he is going to b i guess u call it unbiased as possible...he will call out BM if need be...he is just stickin' to facts....well on Halotta forum yesterday this same arcturusI tells BM that he is here to serve...his thread #7....hmmmmm....now that sounds real unbiased there...does'nt it...just a point....fact....so i don't know how good this thread is going to b....IMHO....Pat
