I don't recall where GN appointed an individual to complete the Cambodian
Bank deal, along with being given the money to do so?

Let's not make it sound like there was a man sent to Cambodia with a suitcase full of money...Someone was put in charge of setting up a bank and taking care of the legalities in getting it started up. Any funds that would be required would end up being wired from one of PI's existing bank accounts. The questions really are "was the wire authorized?" and, if so, "where did the wired funds end up?" Being that no bank ever launched, do we assume those funds are still in some account in Cambodia or were they actually wired elsewhere? Either way, who was to be the recipient of those funds?

I know of one person that can identify "someone".

I don't know how relevant this is to the current thread,but,I remember when I first started coming to this forum,nelsonlee was doing some investigating on his own.
According to some of his posts,he was also receiving threats from someone trying to dissuade him from his investigation.
Does anyone know what happened with his probing?

I don't know for sure but, my impression was always that GN was given the responsibility for getting the bank in Cambodia started.

Nobody said that GN put money in bag and left, but smart person would make plan so it is not easy to be traced. Nobody is so stupid and move such amount money knowing that is no way not be caught . We do not know how many people had hands in pot.

What about MIA person? Any connectivity possible? It is mysterious event and it will be cleared sooner or later.

Bottom line is, large amount of money is misplaced and thank God was not all, than we would really be in bad shape.

Assign a bounty hunter with the Mujaheddin and order a Fatwah with a small month's salary as token ....that MIA might just show up faster than any would expect!!!

Maybe he's game to show up and admit the act and money all spent but he may also reveal who "hired" him too....invaluable information there.... if Bryan doesn't already know...but again... one can go on creating these scenario-filled speculations ... .

OK this may be way off but there could be a inside help by a bank employee ... someone that could move money easy with a push of a button ... I know ,I know , watching to many Columbo movies.. LOL
But to move money like that somebody had to have access to moving $$$ .. that big ... More people involved than meets the eye ..me thinks ..

Now of course this is only a thought on my part .. but I must say this is getting more interesting as time goes on here ...
