A point of order, here. I have been accused by some of 'grandstanding'. I have been accused of making allegations against people who "did nothing wrong". I have not pointed any fingers. When a name or insinuation has arisen in my writings, it is always with a question in mind; unanswered or avoided. I will not leave myself open to those who would use me as a hallucinogenic or focal point for their poison. IF you have an issue with what I or others have said, ask your questions, make your case. I have nothing to hide. We are not interested in being "the one". We are only intersted in the truth. We want what we have always had - to serve those who need to be served, those needing our help. We do not seek to serve ourselves, unlike SOME out there...............

Not so - it isn't for us to determine good or bad, just to present what is. I have always said that I don't like all that happened, or is happening, but that I am realistic enough to know that it isn't the way I would want it, and some will be uncomfortable with what we WILL be talking about, considering that many are very concerned over their accounts.

It isn't all good, but it isn't all bad. It is what it is. Your attitude is shared by many, Preston. There IS a point to all of this.

Actually Bryan stated that the bank would not be used for anything related to Pips withdrawals because it could be seen as a conflict of interest in building a new banking system. So he wanted the new bank to supposedly just to deal with entirely new customers and build a reputation first. Then maybe the main Pips account could be moved there for withdrawals.
Also another reason was so they could supposedly get into their own "3% plan" and not have to rely on other banks. So essentially they could do their own "3% program".......

Bad health or not..Gary did not post for several months in 2005. He went silent after Hawaii other than to say Bryan needs to sign some checks.

As a side note...anyone in the corporate world who says they are leaving for health or family reasons is full of crap. It means they got a better job or they got ousted!

As I remember it, the new bank would not be used for withdrawals. The plan was to have it operate for at least 2 years and then use it for offshore purposes (and also the 3% plan).

This slowdown has resulted in lost earnings of approx $100 million dollars from investment potential. Also, PIPS has recovered from the loss of approx $3 million dollars because of credit card frauds. Again, all of this has resulted in a speeding up of the PIPS Bank development.

Bryan noted that they are also continuing to set up other banking, noting that withdrawal processing is already speeding up and will begin to get back to normal (processing with 3 days of request) “soon”, especially once the testing of the latest Antilles bank electronic platform is done and activated, again “soon”. Bryan stated that he could not give specific dates, only that improvements and back to normal operations will happen.

What I got is that the PIC Bank will go a long way towards in-house processing needs, but that won’t happen right away. Instead, PIPS is pursuing other banks that can provide the levels of service needed ASAP. I appreciated the statement by Bryan of “one of these days those same banks will approach us (PIPS) to help them out”, eluding to the fact that PIC Bank will become a major world bank, based on a strong gold reserve (PIPS is currently stockpiling a gold reserve to back the bank). Bryan noted that the trend and outlook is for the need of gold (and silver) as currency backing, noting that China and other nations are now stockpiling gold to back their currency.

Bryan stated that PIC Bank & Trust will specialize in trust and offshore accounts, tax shelters, investment and lending, merchant banking, in-house credit cards. He especially noted that staff will be able to assist members with setting up of tax shelters and IBC’s (international business corporations).

In my heart of hearts I can't see Bryan losing that dream and one day soon we might finally see something like it emerge out of the smoke and ashes.

Facts, please. We are at (for many) a critical point in the timeline. Yes, GN did go "silent", but remember there were those who supposedly had ongoing communications with him all along. It is the communications, as well as the planned events that we are looking at right now. 3 questions were asked. After that, we will move on to personnel moves and (possible) motivations.
