hey arc....newbie here....what is it exactly we newbies are suppose to have gotten so far???...still seems pretty mysterious to me....it seems it could be anyone of at least 20 people are more to pass the blame around so far.....lol....but do continue....i love a good mystery.....i can relate to a lot of the things some members are saying now anyhow i did'nt go to hawaai....but lets stick to actual facts or things people remember...not assupmtions....IMHO...Pat

Just wondering, Pat. There are quite a few facts, here already. But we will be adding more. Unfortunately, any two or three will not come away with the same impression/interpretation as the others......so it makes this all the more hard. Oh, well. On to spring and summer 2005.

I like the Hawaii 'testimonials' simply because I like to look a person in the eye when I talk business.....

I think he's saying that it's not ALL good for Pipsters and Anti-Pipsters alike...The events of the last year showed so much promise before it all came apart. Then again, those who wish to destroy Pips haven't completely gotten their way either, though it may seem that way at this point.

I guess I'm a newby.... in Jan 2005 ... 1st withdrawal attempt in.... April 2005, I believe. I never was once on the old forum... had to gather the info 'after the fact(s)' ... here on RC. Everything was confusing.... now, it's clear as mud. Too much speculation ingested in the last year perhaps

Warren had plans to move PIC Trust away from Malaysia, the office, personel, and banking in order to add an extra buffer for all off-shore asset protection set-ups involving PIPs members.
The set up would follow this line..for member accounts:
Panama.........Private Interest Foundation
Hong Kong ....IBC
Austria..........Banking

I appreciate your better judgement, but.....I have also looked others in the eyes and I have found them to be sincere with what they present, no doubt about it.
Unfortunately they were sincerely wrong.
I'm sorry, but just because your "businessman friend" was not surprised by the events that took place, does not mean that he was right, regardless of sincerity.
I do not mean this offensively, but I believe that you are stating this based upon someone elses opinion.
That person could be right, but then again they could be wrong.

If you have a point to prove, please lay it before us.
Obviously you have already drawn a conclusion or else you would not
keep insinuating that we could reach it by reading between the lines.

Do us all a favor and get to the point and then explain why you feel that it is so.
Save us some time, unless you feel it necessary for others to explain what you already know.

Quit trying to hijack the thread, it is moving along nicely. It is simply a review of the timeline of events. Each person can come to their own conclusion.

No, no, no......Hesitatenot is simply wanting this to end. I understand completely. I was speaking about looking someone in the eye....you would have had to have been there to appreciate it. It's like talking about Angel Falls without seeing, hearing for yourself. This person I speak of has business dealings in that part of the world. He knows how it's done. It was an observation on my part, but to me, a very important point. I myself have dealt with foreign businesspersons and it is imperative you understand the rules you face. An important point that may have been overlooked with Pips on occasion (one of those unpleasantries I spoke of earlier).

My point, dear members, should be quite clear. Pips is not what it seems. Circumstantial evidence clearly defines a pattern of operation here. You want an answer from me, Hesitate? I'll give you my motivation for the continuation of this journey: This is personal. It is not about Pips. All that is desired is BM's head on a stick, and a big, fat bank account that will not be confiscated. THAT is my point. I have never said BM was guilty or innocent, nor have I stated publicly who I thought has done the most damage. But it IS personal. Of that, I am positive. I also believe quite accurate. If I am proven wrong, I'll apologize and you'll never hear from me again. So far, NO ONE has come close. -THEY- have no answer for it. And I am not seeking to destroy -THEM-.

Ask them for proof and they curse and yell. Ask them to sit down rationally to discuss ideology, and they shut up. Ask them to defend what has happened since, and they disappear. I have asked on numerous occasions about the "health sabbaticals" and the sudden emergence and quick retreat of "expert consultants". I employ consultants, and on occasion act as one. Since when would I be allowed to come and go without anything to show? Since when would more than one restructuring plan conveniently show up so casually after the "confiscation" of Pips (with details)? And out in public, no less! Answer me that, and you are smarter than I.

But I get ahead of myself. I, too, am frustrated. But not for the reasons you think. This IS a game. It is deadly serious. I HATE to lose; not for me, but for those for whom this was designed, those who will most benefit from our efforts and charity. I would not be standing with any honor if I refused to do what I could.

BTW: I believe that you are missing the large number of clues that have been laid by myself and others because of a simple oversight. Even BM provided 3 clues (or facts) in this thread. Don't look at this a simply a single event. Pips was never about getting rich quick. 2% is only a piece of this machine. It has always been about opportunity and growth on a broad spectrum.

Look at this like an entire gallery instead of a single picture and it might make more sense to you. If not, ask questions. We are here to serve.
