Thank you oldtimer. Another quick question if I may. Was Cedar Management brought in to assist with the restructurization plan that was to be submitted to BNM?

Consultants can only go into a company/business when asked. They can be retained for a specific perioid of time -as in this case - or be there on an open ended contract - as one believes Warren was.

As far as I know, treasurhunter1, they were brought in to help with restructuring before BNM was actively involved. The plan(s) may well have been submitted to the bank after the 'raid'

Thank you oldtimer. Your answer clears a couple of things up for me. I do know that if a plan for restructurization is submitted to a controlling authority for approval, all of the companies accounts are subject to inventory and audit. In other words, all assets and all liabilities have to be verified, inventoried, valued and accounted for. We are definately getting closer folks.

It is time to say good bye PIPS. It is a waste of time and energy to keep on asking and wondering about PIPS. Bryan seems very irritated to me, and try to get us focused on the lottery instead. We got into PIPS with open eyes. - At least I did. I can not blame anyone but myself for being stupid enough to belive that PIPS will be on the feet again. Bryan is not honest about PIPS. But that is not my problem. He suffers more than me because of his dishonesty. Well. my dreams did not come true. So what. Life goes on. I did not die. And I did not get bankrupt. Get on with your lives folks. Good Luck. Love Styrken.

A final clue to this portion of our discussion. Pay particular attention to the communications that we received through IB from GN, and that which were “official” announcements from BM, and look to what is NOT being said, what is NOT being answered. That is the biggest, the best clue I can give you right now. As we move on, other things will become apparent, and we will no longer need to “blame” or point fingers, it will be quite clear (if you are paying attention).

To the best of my knowledge, there has only been ONE issue in question that has NOT been addressed, directly or indirectly by Bryan. Bryan has said that all funds/assets have been frozen, we would not start from scratch. He was also asked pointed questions about specific assets. There is only ONE that he has given NO information on. The same holds true for every other consultant/expert and "person in the know".

No doubt many recall that extremely damning account by WW explaining why he quit.
I think a copy was posted on an Australian forum. In the account WW supposedly says the following:
“Pips has amongst its membership a very capable corporate 'trouble shooter' from Great Britain, whom was known to Bryan and myself. I was instructed to bring this man to Malaysia to help sort out the problems of the program and to assist in it's restructure…”
I say WW supposedly wrote that because if I recall correctly there was doubt being expressed at the time as to the authenticity of the account and some were claiming it to be a fake.
Was it ever established whether it came from WW or was it proven to be a fake?
