Add to what Largo said and remember that many members have stated that Bryan was shocked to learn that the merchants had not been paid. He authorized those payments himself and had stated they had been made. He later commented that there had been a snafu and that he corrected it and payments were on the way...How/where did those initial merchant payments go, if anywhere?

I put in for my first withdrawl request on july 25th 2005. (once the pips forum closed) i had no access to info, and I had no idea about this PIPS USA website and the above email about moving funds out of AF and taking snapshots of your withdrawl requests. All I knew was what was posted on the PIPS site and bryans updates on there, I was a newbie! Once the servers are handed back over to bryan ONE WOULD ASSUME there should be records of peoples requested withdrawls...

should people that had withdrawls pending like me be concerned if they do not have snapshots of this????

A constant communication between admin & investors are very much appreciated!

You should be fine prettyctk....

Mr. Bryan is a man of honesty and integrity, regardless of what some may attempt to say and plaster on the internet community....

They were attempting to arouse the members, by citing legal action. The only way they could have done this, was to have a large pool of members that had screen shots.

You should have gotten an email comfirmation regarding your withdrawl activity..

Define constant? Curious as to the last time your bank admin sent you a 'communication' regarding your savings account?

Key word in your post is "Authorized". The "Allocation" is something else entirely different. Does anyone know whose responsibility it was to "Allocate" the funds that were authorized?

Also, did the consultants have pips accounts? If so, did they have access to these accounts while working for Pips? Or were their accounts suspended as it were, until they had finished their assignments?
