Gonna take me a couple days.......I still need time to mess up my own life and work every day......................lol
Unless someone brave enough to go through this wants a weekend challenge????????? I can put a very high level timeline together and post in......will have to assume that those playing along at home will recognize that details will be left out of the review.

Remember, if you do, without passion or prejudice. It is what it is. And know that it will be critiqued (to death!) and amended, whether you or I or someone else does it.

"IF" I can get the time this weekend, I will try and put a summary together. If anyone else wishes to do the same, please do, and we could try to get them posted by the first of next week and then mix or match them to arrive at where we want to be for the next step.

hello ArcturusI , i humbly agree that we know what Bryan , and S.M. are doing , and that is not running and hiding . i do not know about anyone else but this speakes volumes to me , soo my trust in Bryan remaines intact. i do believe we are getting off on a tangent though . i also want to thank those whom are contributing to this thread for it is educational for me since i find you are all on a much higher level then i when it comes to this investment arena , but that what this education is all about . to fill in the missing peaces , and learn as we go along . i applaud you all. thank you spiderman.2004.

Some questions in search of facts
1) How many investors were there in PIPs when it was shut down?
2) How much was invested without offsetting withdrawals when PIPs was shut down, i.e., how much were investors in the red?
3) What was the source of the money that was being withdrawn when it was being withdrawn?
4) Is there any realistic possibility that the accumulated return on loan earnings can ever be paid when there there have been no ongoing earnings from shutdown to the present time?

You ask some pretty specific questions, amp, that take one better than I to answer, but lets see.....
1. Numbers vary somewhat, depending on who you talk to, but I believe it to be in the neighborhood of 80,000 or so, with multiple accounts in many hands. Of course, to be absolutely sure, one would need to look at the actual records that BM has...it could be as high as 200,000, but I doubt it.
2. The only clue we have is the "right" and "left" side of the ledgers presented in the member areas. The difference (right = corporate/total, left = members) would be those funds that were invested beyond what was earmarked for the members. Last I saw, the right was greater than the left by a sufficient amount to remain solvent. "In the red", I assume meaning how much was requested, but not fulfilled? Hard to know as many funds and requests didn't go to where they were supposed to. A lot is a good answer.
3. You will need to be more specific - what are you asking here? It would be similar to any institutionalized platform; conversion to cash, cash to client/member
4. Up to BM......it is possible, as there is the assumption that invested monies stay invested, but we are not privy to the exact vehicles and structures.... Possible, yes. Realistic, 50/50. But it was stated, by BM, that no one would start from -0-, so you are no worse off than August 2005. We don't know for certain what is and isn't being earned right now.

Sorry Guest1, but when the clone matrix started, we only had to pay for 3 months then it became self funding. When MM 3 and 4 came along this was extended by a further two months, hence your figure.
Someone mentioned that Bryan was in a failed programme before PI. He was, but left before it went downhill since he did not agree how the other joint owners operated the system.
Something that has not been mentioned yet or questioned.
Consider the 5 year plan.
The mortgage payments.
The Australian Car payment plan.
Not one of them part of the 2% investment plan!!
