    Hi People,

I hear the voice of fear and concern. Can I assure that the action being taken today is a most necessary one, which has been forced upon Bryan most reluctantly. It is one of the first steps taken in a brand new focus to rid the program of it's ills. A bit like cutting out a cancer if you like. The forum is not the cancer, but some of the tissue inside it was very septic.

You can be assured that Bryan is taking this step simply because he knows this program is something unique and wonderful and that it is worth doing whatever it is necessary to do, to comply with the law and to ensure that it does not allow any more diseases from within to cause harm to the program.

This action is being taken to preserve and protect the program and all the hopes and dreams of members. Some hard decisions had to be taken.. be thankful that we have a leader who is capable of doing what's necessary.

I have taken great comfort and confidence from the strength and resolve that is being demonstrated today by Bryan. There is grim determination for productive and positive change. Regulators will be placated and for the first time we see that those that defame the company are under threat.

Maintain the dream and keep the faith. There are battles ahead (nothing new in that for Bryan), but he is ready to fight the good fight. It would be so easy for him to cut and run, the fact that he hasn't is testament to the commitment and resolve that he has for this program and for all of our hopes and dreams. Give him your commitment as he is giving you his. Give him your support as he gives his to you. Time to stand up and be counted. Time for that 'old digger spirit' to rise again. Let us Aussies lead the way in uniting behind Bryan and the program. This is worth fighting for and when the final victory is ours, the spoils will be that much more rewarding and we will all be able to stand back and say... WE'VE EARNED IT !!

Don't feel too sorry for Bryan... He is at his fighting best and in his present mood, I'd start having some concern for those in his sights !!

The closure of forums does not mean the cessation of communication.

A regular newsletter, as previously promised, which will be available to members only, will be the source of news and updates to members.

If I have my way, this information will be distributed on a confidential basis and any member seen using this information or passing it on to for subversive purposes, will be dealt with. How they would be dealt with is not for me to say, but if Bryan want's my input, I'd be suggesting he cancel accounts and taking pretty drastic action against any member who causes any further harm to this program that has become very precious to me. I'm a bit like Bryan... I will fight hard against anyone who wants to cause harm to something precious and good.

The first newsletter is in the final stages of preparation. News is changing rapidly every day, so it keeps getting amended, but it will be distributed very soon.

There is lots of very good news on the way for all those very special people (pipsters) who deserve it.
Wish I could tell you more

    Hello All,

Yes it is very sad that the subversive and irresponsible action of a few has spoiled this for the majority of very genuine pipsters.

However, It is a very good day in many ways. This is a day when strong action is taken for the preservation of this wonderful program and the hopes and dreams of all who sail in her.

This was an extremely difficult decision for the boss to make. He was very much against it because he is very well aware how much good has been done by the sharing of genuine pipsters and the 'mini' humanitarian initiatives that have been started and sponsored in the Forum. That appealed greatly to Bryan's underlying commitment to bringing some sunshine into the lives of those less fortunate.

Bryan also speaks of the development of the Pips Community, which has also been spawned by the forum.

Unfortunately, all these good deeds and the many other benefits of the forum have been undermined by those who are engaged in causing damage to the program and who are waging a concerted campaign to bring the program down and all the genuine pipsters with them.

Despite his earnest desire to progress the cause of humanity in the face of adversity, Bryan is obliged to make some hard decisions to ensure he does his job to protect the program and preserve the hopes and dreams of every pipster.

Sometimes being in charge can be a very lonely place. Bryan has taken the best advice he has available to him and weighed up all the options. he has made what I believe to be the best decision in the circumstances. It is not a decision taken lightly or without regret. But the fact is that a good commander, knows when to take the hard decisions. That is what we are seeing here. We are most fortunate that we have such a commander looking after us all.

For those who may see this as any form of victory, I would issue this warning. We have seen our commander make a decision that was very much against what he has seen as a dirty and subversive intervention into something very good. He is most 'displeased' with those who have forced him into this position. The closure of the forum, is not the only area where the boss has made some decisions and assembled his counsel of war and for those who would see this as cause for celebration in their fight against Pips, enjoy this brief period of respite, for the mood here is very different. No longer will we see the turning of the other cheek, no longer will we see unlimited generosity to our enemies. In the words of Admiral Yamamoto.. A Giant has been awakened and he is filled with a terrible resolve.

This is a time for genuine pipsters to band together and unite for a common cause. There are those out there who would have this program closed, because of their own jeolousy stupidity and envy. I invite you all to rally to the cause and get behind our Commander In Chief and give him all the support he needs. The inevitable victory will be ours.

It is interesting what people in this place choose to focus on. The content and quality of the advice was completely overlooked, which I would have thought in the circumstances of the current attacks by regulatory bodies, might have been relevant, helpful and to some extent, even obvious, yet such a fuss is made of a nonsensical and irrelevant issue.

Yes.. Perhaps I should have a more formal presence, but frankly, I've been too busy since I arrived to worry about things like that. I'm just trying to save those people involved in organising and running meetings from a most unpleasant and expensive fate.

The advice is there... take if you like or run foul of the regulators, it's your choice, or if you wish... enter into a long debate about titles and names.

I am hopeful that once the problems with the regulators have been resolved, we may be able to return to some sense of normality, but the necessary rules and conditions must be laid down and followed.

    Hello All,

Let this serve as notice to all who are running meetings or maintaining websites.

Pips is under attack from regulatory bodies all over the world. Much of this is because of Websites which are in blatant breach of various regulations and people holding meetings, which are seen to be a promotion of the program... THIS IS ILLEGAL in most countries. It is causing the program severe trouble.

I would advise that all websites be dismantled. If you wish to maintain a website, make sure you get legal advice about it's compliance with local regulations. I would further advise an approach be made to the local securities authority, to confirm that compliance.

As far as those wishing to have meetings, my advice is simple.. DON'T. If you persist, I would suggest you issue certified memberships. Change the name of the club to exclude the name of Pips, Only allow members into the meeting, Do not do anything that is likely to be construed by anyone as a promotion of the program and have a properly worded disclaimer to be signed by each member who enters the meeting. You might even have a statement ready for the liklihood of a visit from the press.

The world environment of Pips has changed and anywhere there is a breach of local laws MUST STOP !!!!!.

It is my understanding that the PIPs UK Website had a statement referring to the 'promotion' of the program. That is in clear breach of the law and the FSA in my opinion was quite correct in their action against that illegal promotion.

This type of action is happening everywhere and the fact is that authorities are cracking down on any illegalities. if you don't want to receive a summons, a subpoena or a knock on the door from the FSA, SEC etc, then get your houses in order, the alternative is most unpleasant....

You have all been WARNED !!! AGAIN !!!!

    Hi Jan,

My information is 'straight from the horse's mouth'. This new service of Pips supplied offshore structures was announced in Hawaii. After Hawaii, I visited the Pips offices in Nilai and I have had some input into this area.

The company will be commencing this service of providing such structures to its members in the very near future, which will ensure that you will be able to get the best available setup for your requirements at the best available cost.

It is coming. I can't give you an firm date yet, but a lot of work is being done to get it ready for you and it won't be long.

    Hello all,

I can let you all know that much work is being done at the present time in preparation for the release of a comprehensive solution for all members wishing to secure and protect their assets by way of appropriate offshore structures.

All the necessary arrangements are being put in place and it won't be long now before an official release is issued regarding the options that will be available for members to get themselves properly structured and protected.

It will be most advantageous for members to wait till this new service is up and running as the world of IBC's, trusts etc is complex and is a rapidly changing. It is vital that the members obtain the right entity and the current arrangements being put in place will not only ensure that this is done but that that it will be available at a very competitive price.

I would urge members not to take the risk with unknown operators that may not be the slightest bit interested in protecting your interests and privacy in the long term. PICTRUST is committed to looking after the interests of Pips members.

Please stay tuned for further information in the very near future.

WOW !!! Just got into the forum and found yet another 'Sky is falling' thread.

Who the hell is 'dbatts' I bet the 'd' stands for DING !!

Well now people... The management, that you had all so easliy forsaken, have once again demonstrated their integrity, their resiliance and their great worth.

I've received emails over the last few days/weeks all prophecising the untimely death of Pips, Picpay, Pictrust, and the non existence of the new bank (that was a good one).

In my reasonably short time as a member, I've experienced a significant number of the growing pains that have been encountered by the program. Each time there is a problem a flood of nervous nellies or trouble makers go running around whipping everyone up into a 'sky is falling' frenzy and each and every time the management and staff have found the solution and got it fixed and proved the rumour mongers embarrasingly wrong, if not maliciously stupid. (remember the recent ones about the Hawaii Convention being a sham, and another one stating categorically it wouldn't go ahead)

Granted there are big problems at the moment... Nearly all of these have been casused by Banks and thieves (not sure if there is much of a distinction there anyway). These are problems that no business should have to face and they would probably be too much for most ordinary business people to handle. Once again, we have been able to witness why we all owe so much to Bryan & Gary particularly. These two will not be intimidated and once these current blend of problems are solved, as they shall surely be, it is difficult to imagine anything that is going to stop them. Each challenge that is overcome is forging this team into something quite unique and extraordinary, and heaven help anyone that stands in their way in the future.

I think one of the most disappointing thing about this thread is that there are a number of posters who have been around longer than I have and are well aware of the depth of this program, the nature of the problems confronting the management at the moment and the ability of these two dynamos to fix things, yet still they quickly enroll themselves in the dramas.

What will it take for you all to show some faith and to give management your support, instead of causing more hysteria and problems.

We ALL want the withdrawal problem to be solved.. VERY SOON. I want it done yesterday... As badly as I want it done, I can testify after visiting the offices two weeks ago, Bryan and Gary want it done even more. There is nothing that is taking any greater priority at the moment.

Give the guys your support, they deserve it and it will save you all from cleaning that egg that you're splattering all over your faces.

    Interesting,

It is hard to beleive it is over a year ago this thread was started, and to be honest, I liked the fact that Warren was giving legal opinion and advise to Bryan at the time, but WOW, did that ever reverse quickly when it became obvious Bryan wasn't taking advice about legal issues. I was involved with Warren and had many conversations with him over ignoring the C&D orders flowing into PIPS, and he agreed, so I was encouraged at that point. Then WHAM, it all went into the toilet. Sure is strange, was then, and even more so now. What happened internally that turned all these so called loyalists against Bryan?

    Good luck to all, Mike

I believe Warren was absolutely sincere and, as a company man, trying to put the best face upon matters at the time. Then he found that he had been hired, not to provide advice, but to give some sort of credibility to a "Trust" company registered in a Mailboxes etc. address in New Zealand. His advice was ignored and he, being denied all access to company accounts etc., rapidly became disillusioned.

    Ahhh, here they come again...

Again, another example of how the lack of knowledge, can be dangerous in the hands of some people!

Maybe we should back this up a bit, and find out, 'who' hired Warren to come to work at Pips? What was his initial job duties? Why was he NOT allowed to have access?

Unprofessional, to say the least..... Recall that WW was told, in essence, to go back to his room and play with the toys he was given (when he demanded details)..... I interpret this much differently than does Carlton, and many others. While WW may have been sincere in his posts, based on his quick about face, I doubt his motivations. I do not know the man, so I will not comment further. However, I have been in business long enough (as many of you have) to question "Why?" I agree with Taxman - go back to the acquisition process and the original job description. If one wanted to add legitimacy as a smoke screen, one does not do it with a relative nobody - you hire a known, verifiable firm/individual.

Sorry I've been gone so much. Busy, busy. Won't be in much this week at all. Maybe a good time for everyone to sit back and relax a bit.

4 good points and actually is none of our business to discus because someone always turns things around and causes more trouble. Now that is true, right?

Seems to me there will be "trouble" or "problems" whether we discuss it or not, so why not try to at least understand what happened that led to the current situation, IMHO.
