Little info around this and me.

Hi all,

My name is Kent and I am from Norway. For the last fifteen years or so, I have been working with MLM. The first thing that captured my interest about TSB was the “I do NOT promise millions” that is right there on the site.
The Quick Break-Even, Fast Profit, High Payout and the Low Monthly Fee are the best aspects of this program and the key to our success.
The program promises a realistic $2,100 + 20 Ref.com, which everyone can reach with just a little work and the help that they offer.

So, I sat down with my partner, took some phone calls, mailed a few people and when we all finally agreed that this was something we definitely could find success in doing, I contacted Dave.
Let me tell you that Dave is the most polite and “down to earth” person that I have spoken to in a long time, regarding Admins.
Talking to him gave me the final GO to get with this program.
We started slowly; securing those who we knew would build a large downline. With most programs you will notice that some build fast and others build slow. This is the marketer’s choice.
It is a common rule in this industry that most are afraid that they will eventually “burn” their downline with scams. This is why many members will hold back to see if the system actually works and pays before they join.
They may know without a doubt that they can make it in the industry once they find the right program.
They may also want to see exactly what the difference is between a good and a bad program, and which programs fall into which categories.

Regarding TSB however, I have only received good feedback from all my downline and others that I have spoken with about the program. That gives me even more reason to believe that I have finally found a program that does what it says it will do.

Regarding my downline, I consider them all to be a part of my team. I know from experience that if you want to see success in this industry, you must consider your downline part of the same team as yourself.
Trying to do it all by yourself will never work. This is not how MLM works anyway. Focusing on making something for yourself and your downline will drive you to success faster than you realize.
Regarding the $20 fee, I considered this monetary amount on different levels. While $20 may be a lot of money for some people, others may simply see it as throwaway change. However, if you consider what a business would cost you to begin, $20 is nothing.
Dave has already paid the big money to get the program started. All we have to do is pay a mere $20 to take part in the program. I find that very reasonable and fair. In the world of MLM, in fact, $20 is a very small sum to pay for a position of this magnitude. Typically, you would be expected to pay upwards of $1,000 or more for this type of position.

The Key to success is KISS (Keep it Short and Simple. This is also known as 1,2,3)
1. Find the people that you believe will do the best in the first spots.
2. Teach these people about the program and how to promote it.
3. Teach them how to do the same thing that you did to recruit them.
This is a simple yet extremely effective way to explode your network. This will also keep your members motivated and help to grow your team to astounding levels.
Always, always keep in touch with your downline. Ask them if they are having problems and how things are going for them. Share your personal experiences with them and listen to any stories or advice that they have. Remember, there is always room for learning.
Finally, keep in mind that the promoting methods of today are a world different from those of fifteen years ago.
Safe lists, lead capture pages and Pay-to-Click sites, just to mention a few, are everywhere. They offer some very effective ways to promote your business, just please remember to never Spam anyone in your efforts to grow your downline!

Hi all.

I just wanted to update all that things are going fine and that the Downline is growing good.
Am so exited about this program.... and know that Dave will deliver somethings that will stand out, from most other things we have seen in a while.

All good systems run into some "bumps" on the road. and i must say that Dave have handled this in a very professional way.

Launch is getting close and all are exited.

I really hope all see what a potential there is with this program!
Its Not promising millions but $2100 + 20% bonus on your personally sponsored members.
You can also have multiply accounts, which will lead you to more earnings. ( I personally have 3 ) ;-)

I also like the product, and getting only good feedback from my downline, about the Hosting product we are getting included.
Many in my downline have never used something like this, and i told them that i will try to put a "learning" package up for them.

The Internet is full of tutorials about C-Panel and what you can do with it. So it should not be so hard to find some information who is easy to understand.
I think many will appreciate this product, and at the same time learn a loath from it.

It turns out the software I was planning to use is not 100% compatible with our program structure.
The software company assured me there wouldn't be any problems, but obviously they were wrong.

I truly apologize for this delay as I know everybody is anxiously waiting for TSB to launch.
But don't worry, TSB will launch as soon as I have installed the backup software,
which I had ready in case something like this would happen.
This shouldn't take more than a couple of days, so please be patience.

Hi Kent,

Just a quick update about the program software migration and the member details import.

Program Software Installation Finished:
I am very happy to announce that the installation of the new program software is complete.
This means that the new system is ready for use and everything has been updated to meet our TSB layout.
I am sure you will love the back office and speed of the program as much as I do.

Member Details Import:
Right now we are importing/transferring all members details.
This shouldn't take very long, but of course I want to be sure everything is perfect.

Changes When We Launch:
Changing program software always brings changes that are unavoidable.
When we officially launch, these are the things that will change for You:
Account Password
Referral URL format

But I will update you on those changes later and what you need to do.

The import of the member details went very well and is now finished.
Just some small details to take care of and we should start testing today.

We're almost ready to launch the program, so hang in there just a little longer.


Account Upgrade Process:
As stated before, we will be upgrading in waves from top to bottom in the matrix.
The reason for this is that your upline needs to upgrade first.
