I wish to inform all our friends/clients that our old LR and Gmail accounts where hacked and there was a loss of 4.4K on it.It was a sum that was sent by 4-6 advertisers this week. Its sad that its lost, and i am sure there would be many frustrated advertisers at the moment as they are still trying to reach us on that old email account. We dont have those emails so we dont be able to answer you on the old.

However, good news is we will honor your purchases. You will not lose any advertising time at all.
We are very sorry for this mess and time you have lost of advertising. We will even give you the waiting time added as extra time on top of your normal advertising periods as a measure of good service from Rolclub, for simply understanding the fact that this situation was not easy for non of us, and we didnt intentionally put your advertising campaign on wait.

Please send your emails from now on [email protected] . We will still accept LR, but not connected to Gmail accounts no more as the hackers simply had it deleted. We suspect that the hackers work inside gmail as they way they did it, its not easy to simply delete an email account, reopen it, use password recovery on LR to obtain codes on that gmail account. For this reason we dont recommend our members to ever use a free email account connected to there Libertyreserve or any other payment processors. Use a paid domain name and make sure you use all the security in the world. Best to never use same pc for all. Use a seperate pc with a different OS to login to payment processors and use passwords from a note and copy past them inn. Never type them inn.

A lesson learned for us by using free email services. This never happen to us before, nor did we ever hear about such issues repported in the industry. Using Gmail for LR is not recommended !!!!!! Its dead simple to hack your LR then. Please change your emails asap.

Sad it had to be this way.
We have now registered a new LR account with different details and setup to keep it safe for a while.
