Not trying to give this rumor CPR or anything, but wouldn’t the reval take place when the forex opens in Iraq?

Why would the Iraqi dinar rate change on the Singapore market when it’s 1am in Iraq? Wouldn’t they announce the dinar rate change at the opening of the business day in Iraq?

I understand not posting it on the CBI first, it could cause a run on dinars before the exchange opens in Iraq.

I staarted a new thread with this post but thought someone might see it in here.

I found this on IIF. I have to admit when I saw the different names originally I thought something was strange. I am making no accusations here and I'm sure there is some simple explanation. However, I do think there should be some explanation provided. Notice the name of the Kurdish friend.
