CMACK,If i were you instead of calling any of the banks i would actually go in one personally.ITS been said in the past they may not give you any info over the phone!Just a suggestion!

Thanks for your concern Bob. He is pretty sore with a laceration from his elbow to his wrist, and one above the eyebrow. Appointment with the neurologist tomorrow. Hopefully we will find out what's going on then and can do something to stop the falls.
