This is where the rumor about the banks being closed an extra day came from,once again this is from another forum,was posted on Jan 6th:

according to the other forum a fed ex pkg was being delivered to warka today-and someone spoke w/ mr. i. it seems that warka is open.

Now there is a post there speaking about Warka going online by February. Money transfer and all......sounds good!

I think they are working hard at Warka today. I sent an email to them this evening (UK time) and expected a response tomorrow. To my surprise Mr I responded to me at 01:15 am Baghdad time this evening.

Oh boy, Just got of the phone with my family in Montana, and they told me that Steve said that the revaluation is about to take place, remember I haven't heard from him in about 2 months so something is up. No rate was mentioned but that it Must be done before February!! I have received emails all pointing to January so looks like all the loose ends have been tied! Will update when I hear more.

Ok, with all the new RV rumors starting up again , I am wondering when gilligan and the skipper will chime in.

Steve is an extremely wealthy ceo/investor who has contacts with high ranking government officials.
