Thread: Positive R/V Rumors

Just so we can keep all of the rumors straight and organized how about we make a thread so we can find them instead of having to go through hundreds of pages of posts? As an added measure how about if the poster rates their belief as to the accuracy of their rumor from 1 - 10 (if they want to). Also bashers or naysayers need not start false rumors or bash the posters. If done correctly then we can all profit. :) So what do you say? Can we all behave as grown-ups and adults and treat one another with respect? :) :)

Don’t worry about it...send me anything...its not like I have anything else better to do up here at night time. I got a call today from one of my sources and he was telling me that there are several things out there that are un-confirmed. Even a rate as high as 1.57 euro which would put it up to about $2 usd. This is kind of hard to fathom but I understand the IMF model said that it could support that rate over a year ago. I haven't gotten the chance to read anything from ZZZZZZZ but my friend that I talked to on the phone today talks to Mr. X on the phone as well and told me the gist of what XXXXXXXXXXXXXX is getting. We are waiting for other sources to confirm some of the info. It seems as if the date of the 28th is standing out and being thrown around quite a bit. I have one source that is saying that it can happen anytime between now and the 28th. I was a bit concerned about the Ramadan holiday starting but sources are saying that it didn’t matter. I also hear that the final bit of debt relief wasn’t received until the past Tuesday. They wanted to announce Friday a week ago but all of the debt relief wasn’t signed off on. Maybe since they got that finally, they were able to negotiate a higher rate? Lets hope so! Even more, lets hope they go ahead and open it up. I read an article that said the foreign investment laws should be enacted by the end of the month and the RV HAS to happen before the implementation of the FI law. Hopefully this is still the case. It seems like in the news that something has to happen and soon to bring these guys together...I just read where there was another bombing that killed several people today in Baghdad. Anyway, lets remember that we are dealing with Iraq and they have no comprehension of a timeline or a deadline. So, we will continue to wait!

have you guys &gals seen iif lately ,its a joke . now they have a realist forum on top of the yeasayer forum .everybody is being seperated and the mods are a joke , cant say this cant say that blah blah blah you shuld be able to say what you want its a forum on the internet for godsake.anyways looking foward to the possible reval later this week

Thanks sharing with us what you have heard. I know there are some other rumors out there so I hope if you have heard any don't be shy and share with us what you have heard. Rate it if you want to. Of course the standard disclaimer is in effect that know one really knows when or even if the r/v will ever happen. But there are those among us that believe it will :) And for those believers among us, please share any good plausable rumors you may have heard. And if it doesn't come to pass this time.... well there will be a next time!!! :) Some day someone is going to hit the jackpot and we'll all be better for it (us dinar holders that is). Until then just keep cruisin' and lookin' and believe'n and shar'n so all can be helped on our journey towards a more profitable future. :0)

I fell in love with RC the minute I met RC which was just recently while following SGS over here from the IIF...I'm extremely glad RC is back running again...

I kinda agree the iif has been a joke as of lately but not because of the mods... Sportslux and RET are truely good people and are trying hard as they are the two most active mods right now, I do miss Jerry though...

I as most of us have started over there and learned alot from there...
I don't agree with all the naysayers and bashing over there though and I feel that is the joke...
I'll never understand why people would bash another, especially when the basher has more than likely invested in the same investment...
We are all in this together and have to hold hope together as well, the bashing over there is absolutely nasty and is not what I signed up for, a good debate between the yeas and nays is just fine as well as helpful to see both veiws...

I see alot of us on both sites posting and veiwing, I'm new to this one and actually really love the peeps and post in here at the RC...

IIF - Most cannot spell & lack proper grammar/sentence structure in their posts. This obviously points to lack of education, drop-outs, no-lifes, etc... Plus, they enforce their ideologies there. If not, you're banned.

I agree with most of your post especially that last bit about RolClub! However this bit:

I find it a little harsh. We have people from all over the world. English is very often not their number 1 language (it isn't for me) If you have not attended an English school the grammar/sentence structure is hard to grasp and it does not always point to lack of education. English is 'back to front' for most of us. I know, I know, you will say that other languages are back to front. That's ok too. I don't mean any harm by this post and I do hope we will all be rich soon and the Iraqi people will be better off as well.
