Fly to CBI. Not a bad idea except we are only alowed to bring in $10,000AUD which is about $7400USD. I would have to make a few trips!

You can bring as much as you want. However you have to declare to customs if you are carrying above a certain amount, (which I believe is $10,000 US)

The banks here in Canada (and I presume the same would hold true in the US) have what they call an "over the counter rate" which is set every morning and stays the same for the whole day. However, this is designed for small transactions up to $10,000 or so. For large transactions they will call their foreign exchange department to get a quote which is usually good for about 10-15 minutes. Once you accept that rate, they book it and it doesn't matter what happens on the forex markets after that point, as they cover themselves as soon as you book the transaction. If you don't like the rate they quote you, you can decline and go back another time and there would be no charges for that.

What langue you want. Monday through thursday they post options rates at about 1:20 pm. If meeting about pegging Dinar...will do Sunday at 1:20 in the morning. Peged to euro or floating it. Mentions Russian ruble and affect on Dinar.
very interesting...if 1:1 peg need world suport to do that to drive peg up. Bob talked to oil minister months ago about selling oil for Dinar...will drive price up...supply and demand....buy foreign imports for reduced rate. Exchange dinar do they report to IRS....registered currency dealer...with 10,000 or more...have fill out form...required to fill out report. 25,000 dinar to cash....is physical cash...fills out form. Want smaller notes to not be reported to IRS. Check with bank about foreign currencey if deposit into account. conferenc calls from eagle have not been recording them but are fixing that.
