Yes she is in the military, and no their has been no 10K handout the last I heard, which was Sat. my time. Any word from her comes from email through her husband in California.

My brothers boy. She sold all but 1 mil. I was trying to get it before she sold it off. I was sending emails and phone calls like some kind of nut, and by the time she was gotten ahold of it was to late

I think you mean your neice-in-law, if there is such a thing. She would be the daughter-in-law of your brother/sister, your nephew's wife.
