Unlikely. It's already past noon in Baghdad and they've already re-valled higher another 2 Dinar. The gradual value increase continues and will so until at least March 31 of 07. At that point we'll have to keep our eyes open for any new real information. I agree with the stoning part, everyone keep cool. We are still to go and the best is yet to come.

I did post last week claiming that the Professor wouldn't be privy to such confidential information but hey how would I know that?! By now, everyone on RolClub would have realised that no one knows when the RV will happen. Those claiming to have access to classified docs or info with regards to the RV don't know it either. Of course, everyone can hide behind the rumour curtain claiming it was only a rumour and it was all a bit of fun. Hang on a minute...anymore from me and I'll be branded a killjoy! Enjoy this fabulous ride. Remember, rumours may come and go but this blimmin' RV will definitely happen.

I totaly agree, sooner or later we'll be happy that we've invested our money into this.

Some time ago I posted that I have a business associate who lives in Florida. His son is an Army Ranger in Iraq and he was the one who told me about the US soldiers guarding the banks in Baghdad and about his team providing initial security for oil survey teams out in the provinces. My associate just called me and said, "Hey, you want to hear some good news about the dinars, Dick Cheney has purchased 750 million dinars". I asked him how he knew that and he said it came from his source in Iraq. It makes sense to me, why wouldn't the people in the know purchase dinars and they certainly can afford them. All the news about the dinar increasing in value is not lost on these people !!

Absolutely. It's pretty clear now that the gradual trial period will go until March of 07. We still need to see what the HCL has in store and further implementation of the FIL. Iraq is still working on it's electronics banking infrastructure and frankly on it's electrical grid. Some good days they have 12 hours of electricity. Some days they only get 4 hours. Plus President Bush is expected to make a major change to address the security situation in early January. We still have a way to go on various issues. With the IMF Stand by Agreement scheduled for March we won't see any major IQD value increases until then. I don't blame anyone who posts the rumours. Those who fall for the rumours are the ones that get the blame.

How do you know its a lie? It wasn't a lie when it was proven that the US soldiers were guarding the banks. His son was actually in the field guarding the oil survey teams. So, I tend to believe him more than just your opinionated statements
