Can someone please clue me in why everyone is getting so excited about the value getting to 1260?

We need at LEAST 1.31 IQD to 1 USD to get people to the point where they can get themselves out of debt, maybe do some investing....

Am I missing something?

Personally I want to see .74 IQD to 1 USD.

I also need to to see something higher. The 1260 is not something that gets me excited, but the belief that something Big is going to happen at the beginning of January does.
