It looks like the Minister of Finance was arrested with large sums of cash, however into the article it appears to be the Finance Minister of the Islamic State of Iraq ( bad Guys)

it appears that the Iraqi Accord Front has a problem with the compatibility of the constitution and the oil law but are willing to listen to experts and opinions.

Ya it needs to be changed. I thought they were working on that. Everyone involved with the constitution has known about this for ever. I heard the oil people saying that this was going to be a problem! I also own a Iraqi constitution, I wonder if it's worth anything.

Surprise, surprise!! These people are unbelievable-uhmmm not really. Our government does the same things, I'm sure, but they just havent been caught-yet!

I thought the attending reprehensive countries to the ICI was holding leverage against their signing, to the completion or the Iraqi RV?

Everything seems to be moving forward except us. Do I feel a little bit like being stiffed?

I know…I just need to be more patient. But when things get all out of sequence, it’s a bit unnerving. Especially when the RV has always been thought of a pre ICI event instead of a post ICI event. Your comments, so I can sleep tonight.
