Cool $1000 U.S. dollars per 1 IQD SWEET

OK, so who here is prepared to wait another 1 to 5 years? And that is, a BIG if! It will ever break the penny mark!

" A guy walks up to the roulette table and places $5000.00 on red. Wheel spins for 30 seconds and lands on black. The guy just lost $5000.00(6.3 Mil Dinars) in thirty seconds. He goes home, goes back to work and continues on with his life." It was a gamble. Me, I see it as the wheel hasn't stopped spinning yet. Anybody else wanna cash in or wait for the turn to stop.

p.s. I have been invested and watching this all along,(over 2 yrs). If it happens were rich, if it doesn't life goes on. I am just not ready to walk away from the table yet.

Although I do recall the statement in a newspaper article, correct me if I am wrong lglwzrd, but I think the 1000:1 rate was just a commentary by an "economic expert" in an Iraqi newspaper editioral. I don't recall that rate being released in an official statement from the government or a current government minister.

Rich or not rich, it would just be nice to know what is going to happen. I feel like I am continually watching episodes of the T.V. show LOST. The answer is always around the corner, except this time it is for real.....

Patience is a virtue and as someone recently showed me via these funny Southpark videos it is sometimes worth the cost of waiting....

Oh when are people going to listen! Do people hoesntly believe that Iraq can put up with their rate being where it is when Kuwait is at 3.47! Do people hoenstly believe they can open up the ISX at the current rate! Go away!

You're right but I think this rate came from an ISX trader rendering his own personal opinion. I thought it was incorrect then and I still do.

Agreed...

I know I keep harping on the recent article IV discussions, however when anyone really understands the idea behind what article IV is all about, there is just no way anyone can come away with thinking less than a dollar RV. Especially when the quote from the article explicitly said, "Ending the program" which also must mean ending the rate specifically established for monitoring that said program.

Personally I believe the RV will be much higher than a dollar.
