Cigarman, I think you hit on something huge here. You are right those were government owned banks that sold the dinar back. A reval wouldn't benefit them one way or another.That would totally explain the huge amount sold back. Finish getting it out of circulation and back to the CBI. Great responce to the negitive Elf!

PS: I have never seen so many posts about information from sources all stating, basically, the same things. Getting very very happy here. Thanks guys for all of your hard work and dedication.
