SGS has gone out on a limb before and she's been harshly criticized when her predictions haven't come to pass.

I would really like to have a few shots of tequilla with you when we all go to the Caymans for our celebration for the Iraqi's.

Well in MHO it would just make sence that Iraq would RV and the pm would anounce it and then when Bush delivers his speach it won't just be lip service but actual progress to show the American people / voters that things really are progressing this would give him much needed support to finish the job but it's just MHO.

Or is it a possibility that the PM's announcement could be with all the major laws being enacted with no mention of the RV only to have it go silently?

I wish you were right but I doubt very much that it will go down that way. Sure would be nice if it did thought, I would be wrong and very happy about it.
