I'm watching 'Al-Jazeera TV' now and have been for the past couple of hours and I haven't seen anything concrete yet. Al Maliki has given a speech about putting plans into effect for Political, Security and Economic reasons. That is the only association so far. But it is a bit vague.

However, the rumour does state by the 'end of the week' so I shall certainly be tuning in and out for the next few days. And will certainly report if anything of significance comes up.

When I was in Iraq certain news channels had sub titles in English. Not all but some did. Hope this helps.

I'm watching Arab Presenters speaking English - they are in Doha - Qatar and report all Middle Eastern News.
