energy commission passed it. since all the amendments were made and everything before that happened i would say its been already read by parliament a couple times and what will happen is the changes will now be read to parliament before they vote. as long as they all agree we will have a passed hcl. that could happen as soon as sunday. then enactment to the presidential council which shouldnt take any time either.

Any word on whether or not this was voted on yesterday for enactment next week? I read that it's next stop was the Cabinet of Ministers and then onto Parliament but with so much conflicting info it's hard to keep track. I hope your timeline is the correct one. Thanks

She has always been down on saying anything would be "for sure", and now she has changed her tune. She is saying this is for sure as she has confirmed this information with two of her relatives in Washington DC, and one close friend in Chicago Banking Circles. She is out of her mind excited about this info that has come to light! The following is the information she provided.

Thanks for the most excellent summary Adster!! You have really made it easy to understand what needs to transpire before we see the RV.

This rumor might be true but I must say in all honesty, it looks way too much to me like it has "DEALER" written all over it.

I could be wrong. I hope I am.

My best guess is where SGS was getting her info is still 100% correct and on the money ....but there have been delays, as has been the story since October or mayber longer.....the peeps on the street don't have any control over the "biggies" that are going to kick this off. So they will pass their info, but it is very difficult for them to pinpoint a time.

My guess for the delays.......because this is a very unique situation and they have lots to do to make sure things line up just right before they proceed.... I mean can you blame them? They want what's best for their country, which is a good thing.

I still think it will still happen very very soon maybe Wednesday maybe 5 minutes from now who knows.

I would not be surprised if one day next week or the following week we will finally see it happen and stop speck-u-laten. :beer:

This is so unbelievable, even if Popadinar was a dealer how much $$ would he see from a one week rumor? There are so many dinar dealers out there. Another thing is when a dealer runs out..people say its a trick to make people think there is a shortage to boost sales and increase prices. So while this dealers playing like he's out the other dealers would be getting his business and $$. Unless the dinar dealers are all conspiring together this is bull too.

from what ive read today re all the published news, the hcl wont be approved prior to wed. too many steps and too many arabs stepping on it. there are conflicting ststements from the kurds and i dont think the parliament will pass it w/in a 2 day period. i cant see how wed is rv day. too many things need to be in place 1st. i think were closes-just not this close....yet.
