Interesting,
No doubt, it is nice to see everyone so positive again, and yes, I can confirm through my Kurd contacts that there have been many such delays, one specifically in Oct., to it goes to reason this could be relevant information from ck and others.
We have all tried to identify the little pieces of puzzle to make sense out of it all, but I caution, nothing follows logics in Baghcrap, as we have all seen a hundred times, so what goes on in Kurdistan does not mean it is the same where it means the most, Baghcrap.
We have all tried to make sense of these constant delays, and like many, I have gotten more disappointed with the illiterate behavior of parliament while Kurd's keep swinging there bat in frustration over delays. They want this to happen as far back as June when they drafted first set of laws, and here we are still waiting for all to be announced and enacted. Mind boggling, but then again, you have to look at who is running this puppet government.
I have had knowledge of contract delays as well, so for whatever it is worth, this all seems plausible and all we can do is hope we see continued progress on all fronts. The crackdown on internal militant factions is very positive news, and to see progress, even with continued killing is encouraging. The insurgents are on the run, becoming fractured, splintered, etc., and this is what we need to see continue before restoration of dinar is completed.
Sure has been a fun journey to this point, so it is nice to see the positiveness resurface once again on forum. Great work pulling it all together for this is one of those million piece puzzles, so it is great to see so many working on it all at once. The sooner this puzzle is finished, the better, so keep up the good detective work gang, it sure makes it more interesting. With artic blast in NE this past week, I can't wait to get to the Caribbean again. (g)
Good luck to all, Mike

Since a lot of us here on Rolclub are not allowed to post on other forums because they don't allow you to defend yourself, I will post here.
1. For all the troublemakers that come here and hijack our stuff, I am letting you know in advance........Go stick it where the sun don’t shine, (for lack of a better word) this way I will not have to defend anyone anymore.
2. This site is not a dealer site, hell its not even a dinar site, we don’t tell you to buy from anyone, as we all know we can just go to a bank and buy for less then any dealer site, and for the ones that say we are a dealer site because dinartrade is here..........go look at your own forum they have there own dealer support, so in advance...........Go stick it where the sun don’t shine, (for lack of a better word)
3. For the ones who call members on RC dealers,......... LINK PLEASE..............or else go stick it where the sun don’t shine.(for lack of a better word)
4. People on other forums and here sometimes accuse RC for not allowing them to post there thoughts unless they are positive, That is 110% untrue, all we ask is to please be courteous and not to bash anyone, we have enough sarcasm and bashing in our everyday lives we can live without it here, That really is not much to ask for, respect your fellow human being....what is so hard about that.
5. Some people can’t deal with rumors, and I understand that because most rumors do not pan out, but there is a simple solution........... DONT READ THE RUMORS.........and yes its been said a thousand times before, but some still do it anyway, and to me, those people are the ones craving attention because they just sit back and wait for the rumor to fall through.......and then attack, please just stay away from the rumors unless you can deal with the highs and lows AND NEVER BUY ON A RUMOR.

Testing Coolespirit's Theory
It seems to me that we should know shortly if Coolesprit's theory is accurate.
If the exchange rate resumes its descent from 1292 to 1 on down to 1260
to 1 in relatively short order, while the exchange rate between the dollar and
the euro stays relatively constant, then the theory is probably inapplicable.
But if the various rates continue to adhere to each other as they have recently, then Coolespirit may well have deciphered Shabibi's code.
We should find out one way or the other in the next few days, starting
with Thursday's auction.

MrsCK
I am not doubting you or your story. But I am wondering what your opinion is on your "Aussie CEO" contact? Do you personally know him? And if not has he ever gave you any reason or proof that he is doing work in IRaq? In other words do you 100% believe this person and have good reason too? I am not asking for details just your opinion. Thanks!"The expert at the "Central", Majid Assuri, expected a remarkable improvement in the rate of the dinar, due to the low dollar exchange rate, over the next couple of months."
