    Good luck to all, Mike
I remember a few months back the 2nd set of books was discovered by one of our Dinar Genuises and it read

    .33 IQD = 1 USD which means 1 IQD = 3.30 USD

Does anyone remember this? I sure do.

I'm gonna believe the .31 is referring to the value of dinar against 1 USD.

    Here's to believing!

TOTALLY, Michael! Oddly enough, my parents are the only ones that have "listened" to my dinar babble...and I must say that my poor mom may have even a worse case of Dinaritis than I do! lol! When I talk to her each day it's "So? So? Have you heard anything???" I truly believe that I've created a monster!

I can't wait for everything to FINALLY be complete and we find out the "Magic Number"...maybe then my nerves will calm down a bit!

Thanks to everyone...you've made it a FUN ride. Could you imagine just logging on to your computer each day just to see if numbers have changed, without the fun and chatter? I know I can't. Love to my extended-Dinar-family~! Tiff

Well, the Bank of Baghdad info has been out since Oct 11, 2005 when the new Website came back up... The CBI and IMF has always said the "Official" rate was $3.22. The existing rate is a temporary rate (de Facto) and CBI will assume the Official Rate soon!! The deJure (by Rule of Law) rate will return as soon as Iraq's gain full Soveignty and their Government is deJure again!!

Sometimes, in quotes, these numbers get a little mixed up. I’m sure we all know what the implied meanings is, but.

    The .31 is always USD money. i.e. 1.000 Dinar divided by .31 USD = $3.2258 USD. Or $3.22 : ! IQD. Or $0.31 : 1 IQD.

I just wish it was implemented NOW. I believe last years bank audits were all using this value, so when it come time to implement a new valuation, all the required values per the $0.31, would be in place. Excellent recap Bubba Dinar. De Facto out ….de Jure in….

Not trying to be picky just thought this might be a little helpful.

Are you sure about that? .31 ID gives you the $3.22

why did you divide one currency by another... we are trying to see what one currency is EQUAL to in relation to the other, not DIVISIBLE by...

I do plan on helping people by expanding my business and creating jobs, but I won't help my family or friends. I have begged and pleaded for them to buy Dinar, I even promised to cover their losses if it did not work out. But they think I am crazy, so I will always be the one treating for dinner, but I won't be giving any handouts.

Anyone else have the same experience?

Cheers to all Rolclub soon to be millionaires!
    Michael
My brother and sister both poo poo'd the dinars BIGTIME but I still bought 1 million dinars for each of them that I will hand out at a special party after the r/v takes place!! I can't imagine not sharing my good fortune with them. On the other hand...the close friends that I shared the dinar opportunity with ALL bought in so no problem there!! I will be hosting one heck of a great party for those friends and my family. I can't wait.
