as i have stated on another thread-we need to see the "contracts" to really understand what is the real 1st hand truth. i know they cant be posted. so in my opinion any excitement over 3rd hand contract info is premature. as mrs ceo stated contracts for what??? exactly. any contract can go forward it is not a peg issue. language can be written in to protect both parties in case of a currency fluctuation. in any event chris-thanks for posting what youe hear. i appreciate the info.

I might be wrong, but I believe that no Contractor would show you his/her contract to prove a "general point". The question above is not stating that there are no contracts, only that one must be specific when asking about a contract. As a Contractor, I most certainly would not show you my contract unless for legal reasons. Things will work out.

lglwzrd, you have a valid point, but only if this was in your office on Wall Street, or in posthole Mississippi. My point being this is an open forum were certain things are posted, to a point. Protection can and must prevail. Its the Lawyer in you that seeks this. If you are protecting a client, you would not readily supply Information just because I asked for it. Thats un-professional. I just sense your inner self demands facts, but on this site, in this case, that can and should be impossible. Crack a beer, pour a drink and pretend your retired and dont give a rats butt anymore. I suspect you will be happier.

    Default Question for Mrs. CK

    Mrs. CK,

A question for you: what changed for Mr. CEO? At the bottom of your first post you stated that he would not go back to Iraq in February if the dinar had not RVd. Yet in this post, you indicate that he would be going back regardless of RV status. Can you please clarify?

    Thanks,

    Ham

Thanks for the update Mrs. CK. I for one appreciate the posts that have thrilled me. I look forward to the coming reval. I do understand the need to hold confidence on items discussed. In my profession, that is a must. I ask no questions concerning this due to a thing called faith. Not blind faith, not saving faith but faith that over the past few months I do not believe you have misled or misinformed or had any intention whatsoever of hurting your fellow club member. Keep on studying, keep on digging and keep on keeping on. THANKS

i am very happy thank you and i am a retired atty. my point and it seems to have been missed is that i am looking for facts that can be substantiated. i appreciate all rumors and i dont bash people posting rumors. i have read all 5 forums and these last two weeks there have been multiple posters from different sources referencing contracts being recalled by the goi-assumption-currency reval issues. just because anonymous posters say it is so doesnt make it so. my point is that it would be nice, although not possible to see these withdrawn contracts. the logic dpesnt work for me. haliburton has been there entering into billions of dollars worth of biz. what kind of contracts-what clauses gave the govt probs. again i appreciate all the intel-rumors too. my point is that i cant get excited over 3rd hand info. and for the past three years-other than the news that has been posted-that is all that has been posted. i also dont believe any of the news from iraq. (or the us for that matter.) now i am a true believer in the dinar as an excellent investment. i own 100 mil and have over 50 friends and biz assoc in this. i consider myself a major player. so i will dig a little deeper into posts to try and see if there is anything there other than he said/she said. i do this b/c i give daily and weekly reports to my group who can afford to loose their money on this-but prefer not to. i am also debating on whether or not to buy another 100 mil. so i read all posts with an objective eye-looking for the truth. i hope you can appreciate the level of my interest. this is a biz decision and not a lifes dream. as i said before-chris, thanks for the info and keep posting.
