And just why do you think it is known as the "darkside"? Apparently neither you nor them read or understood post #467 in the news thread, where it states that the Iraqi parliament will not be allowed to leave for holiday unless they complete this session.I brought that post from there but you would rather believe all the useless and negative stuff that gets posted there. They email Delarue to find out if the lower denoms have been printed??? The lop argument gets restarted in every other thread? PUH LEEZE!!! Hang around there if you must but don't bring their negativity back here with you!

The Dinar Force is strong with you!
Haven't you heard that the children can't go out to play 'till they've done their homework.
Wow, another cross-poster! Interestingly, they seem to be coming out of the closet! Here's an idea...choose your Forum, but choose well.
NO! DON"T GIVE IN TO THE HATE! DON"T TURN TO THE DARKSIDE!

Whats this then? I guess since you choose not to believe it, it must be "smoke and mirrors"

Parliament-Session-Update 1
Parliament passes 2007 national budget
By Santa Michael
Baghdad, Feb 8, (VOI)- Iraq's Parliament approved on Thursday an ID 42,640,000 million (USD 32,200 million) FY 2007 budget.
The budget approval was delayed for almost two weeks for differences among major blocs over two issues, the financial appropriations for the three presidencies and allocations for Iraq's Kurdistan region's guards (peshmerga).
The parliament passed the 2007 budget in Thursday's session with majority after an agreement was reached to move five percent of the total financial appropriations to the parliament presidency office.
Earlier, the parliament speaker today's ordered a private session to give the defense minister, who was present at the session, a chance to answer lawmaker's enquiries openly.
Some legislators asked the Speaker to declare a private session so that the defense minister could answer all enquiries without harming any classified information that he might be mentioning during the session.
Speaker Dr. Mahmoud al-Mashhadani who chaired today's session ordered all journalists out of the parliament hall.
Thursday's session was the last before a month recess.
Try not to tear me apart this time sir. Thank you

HCL To be or Not to be!
Well I am getting sick and tired of naysayers and forum s****! We all know that the Iraqi parliment are not allowed to go on holidays before all laws are passed! An yet some still think that they have not passed the HCL? Do you honestly believe Bush would put up with the Parliment going on a months leave! Thats alright guys we will wait to you get back! F*** Off! The HCL would have been passed along with the FIL not published because it will cause mass buy of currency! They will not sell there country on the cheap to Foerign Countries wanting to Invest! Iraqis along with every other arab is in the habit of making money not loosing money! It will reval when they are ready and when it suits them!

I can certainly appreciate your frustration but we make the mistake of viewing Iraq through a western eye. There are definitely people within the Iraqi parliament who are actively doing all they can to sabotage this effort. They could care less about a thriving economy built on democratic capitalism. They just want to be in a power position as the vacuum gets filled.
