.98 EUROS or that great of a percentage of. depending on the date and rate of the euro. in other words those sources who have said between 1.25 and 1.30 usd are merely putting the value in usd and not euro since the euro fluxuates from day to day between those two usd amounts.

I guess one is not entitled to have a differing opinion on these threads. I did not bash SGS or anyone. My gripe, if you can call it that, is with these so-called "sources". I'm all for the factual articles that are posted with great frequency by some hard-working, diligent posters. Of course, if this rumour doesn't pan, there will be another one in due course. That's the nature of this investment. I am not in need for a RV now...I can afford to wait and I do fully understand that the rv is not in the hands of these "sources". I do not think any one other than the really top fliers in Iraq would be privy to such confidential info and that is not a rumour but a definite FACT!

I am an optimist but more importantly a realist.

I agree completely...the difference between RC and other forums though is that when rumors don't pan out....people don't fling doo all over the place...they just say "Oooo..it's OK." and they line up obediently for another story like starving homeless people in a soup kitchen line.

My feelin's is hurt I posted a similar rumor to SGS's last week (see above) but nobody got all upset over mine. Whats the deal here, do you Have to post so many rumors before anyone pays attention!!

Rumor 5 - I have tickets to the Bily Joel Concert in Nashville the 28th - (if this thing would RV I would have a private party with Billy Joel entertaining all my rowdy friends)

Hello everyone. If this is true, that Iraq has decided they do not need the IMF loan, it will be the only example of an emerging economy turning down an IMF loan or assistance that I have ever heard of. I do not know everything, but this is truely an indication of the economy in Iraq and how much money these people really have. This is very unusal. And, it works for us. Thank you.

Has anyone decided when/where will be the first annual Dinar Investors convention will be held. It would be interesting to meet the people we have been posting with. We could get a cruise ship all to our selves or something like that. Just to get together after this is over and say howdy!

Hey Susie, just read an e-mail a few moments ago. There is in fact new denominations in place at the banks in Iraq. He did not say if they were were bills or coins, fils or dinars, but there is smaller currency at the banks. You can share this with who ever on what ever site. Don't think I'll be posting again for awhile, will just lurk. Thanks for all you have done. Say hi to eveyone for me.
