first of all, my friends here on the forum, you dont need to stick up for me when these nellies come and splatter their calling card on our windshield. i have them on ignore, i place all posters on ignore the moment they post negatively in any capacity. i have only removed 2 from that list so all the posts you are arguing against are merely mentions to me that the ignored one has spoken. i dont see the post unless you quote it in yours.

they dont bother me anymore, how could they? im getting ready to bury my mom and keep my brother alive who has stage 4 cancer, why would someones words on an internet forum have any influence on me at all at this point? sticks and stones.

What's wrong with a little back-and-forth as long as there is no name calling or disrespect? What's so wrong about questioning the validity of something? This is an open forum..is it not? Tell me this is not an open forum and that differing viewpoints are not welcome and I will stop right away. I have called no names nor insulted a single soul. Say it isn't so....tell me this isn't a commie forum where ideas and viewpoints cannot be freely shared for if it is so then I shall surely hang my head and weep.

This is not the right place for this:

What negative remarks are you referring to?

Clarification,

Negative opinions are fine with me. This has always been the point I like about this forum, you can be negative on an issue, but lets not attack others with negative remarks is the point. Attacking others with negative remarks who disagree is the issue. Certainly anyone is welcome to their opinion on issues, lets just try and keep it respectful disagreements, not attacking anyone with negative remarks.

All posts are appreciated for the most part, but every once in a while we see it escalate needlessly into a name calling session. We all slip from time to time, and I understand that better than most, but what the small little name starts, is what I am against, so just be a little more careful and we won't have these issues to deal with.

I'm free to post a legitimate question as long as I don't resort to name calling..much like you have. Don't read my posts if you don't like them. If you make the choice to read a book that you know in advance you will not like...who wasted your time..you...or the author of the book....come on now....THINK! THINK! It's just a notch above tying your shoes.

In the spirit of what the mods are trying to do I have deleted my response. Although I try not to use the ignore button I guess I must. I like the rumors section because I find a little positive re-enforcement nice from time to time. It was my thought that the rumors section is a place for positive information and talk or at least it use to be. Do I believe in rumors? No. They are just that, rumors. But rumors have only two ways to go. They are either not true or they, over time, get proven correct. The one thing that a rumor does have is a posibility. A chance to be correct. When I read a rumor I sit back and wait. Time will tell, it always does. I have no need to grill the poster or determine thier motives. Time will do it all for me. Creating ill will by lambasting people does nothing for our investment.
