How do you feel Bro'? Lots of info came out from folks that have stated that along with things you and others have posted plugs it all together. I just posted info shared, not as smart with the over all picture as you seemed to be.

Am digging and speaking to people that may know if another recent LoI has been submitted. IF it has then I'd say this is paramount and biggest proof to date with everything else coming up that our timeline SHOULD be within the 30 days of the LoI being submitted.

But as we know, what they should do and what they do do are 2 different things!

The HCL holds the key. I cannot see the IC going ahead without a passed HCL. To set the date back again would lose Iraq a lot of 'face' and potential investors. Pressure is on the GOI. Am sure a lot of the meetings going on in Dubai are paramount to a passed HCL.

Cool..would you let us know if you find out about a new LOI? I know you are good at digging!

As you have said only time will tell, but it sure looks like time is moving alot faster around here.

They won't tell us their exact plans. The Chinese Yuan was a perfect example of that 2 years ago.

I'd like to see where this came from......unless of course it was just made up. There seem to be alot of 'facts' that just simply get made up around here.

Actually it's facts (from news articles) mixed with speculations....so this is a good place, the rumor thread. I guess that would make them factulations? LOL....it's about the only way we can make heads or tails of it all!

I'm speaking only of that one sentence where it says the main reason for a letter of intent is for 1 big increase. I don't think that it is fact even though it is stated as such. I think it is purely opinion.

I understand, but that's why it's in the speculation thread, I am not really sure myself where the rv is mentioned, i'm thinking it's just the articles that came out together with brainstorming that points to one......my own personal opinion, it sounds good to me, LOL

in any forum, until anything is fully established and confirmed in the media, everything else is a rolling rumour, here included.
