All we can do is be patient, and waiting for that reshuffle of parliament is what I am waiting on, and now that Sadr trader is gone, it may speed up this resuffle, at least that is what I am hoping for.

So it appears that the LOI has expired. However they could of filed another one. Or possibly filed an extention, or they might be filing another one soon. What ever the case, this is the first time. That we have really seen concrete proof of an RV commin down the tracks!
