The HCL holds the key. I cannot see the IC going ahead without a passed HCL. To set the date back again would lose Iraq a lot of 'face' and potential investors. Pressure is on the GOI. Am sure a lot of the meetings going on in Dubai are paramount to a passed HCL.

i agree and i believe your earlier statement about it probably being done with the agreements being signed now and them being so definate about the meeting of the ici is indication. last week i believe, i read an article about a law passing that was very similar to the pension law but wasnt sure if it was or not. venturing to guess it was indeed the pension law and they have passed it with provisions for some alteration which was mentioned in that article. i believe we are getting kuwaiti debt relief tied up next week with malikis visit there and it sounds as if saudis' has been arranged also.

considering those are my two items im watching i would say after maliki gets back from kuwait im ready to get the dinar dusted off.

Ok that is it from me from my Freind and their contacts. Now according to them,. The RV will take place between the 25th and the 29th but before the May 3rd International Compact Signing. Guys I am ready for this to be over and Hope and Pray that this all makes sence as I am not the one that has all the contacts, I am just a messenger of a few very smart and connect people that again I pray that are on Target. I am really grateful for this forum. You'all (southern double-plural) should be too. I tend to read alot of forums, but I only post in this one. A well known-standup-poster, passed along the info he heard in this thread...and basically had to fight to get his point across. It was very sad, I couldn't believe it...they tried to eat him alive just for passing along facts! This is a great forum, especially the summary that you've posted Neno. I am no brainiac, so the summary clears alot of things up for me. The facts don't lie, and this forum is a haven for those that not only believe, but those who repect others.
