I know for sure I saw that a second amendment was sent to the IMF. It was 2 - 3 weeks ago. I remember it specifically because it mentioned Article IV, but I mistook it for Article VIII, and was confused. That, of course, was before I knew the significance of Article IV, due to your excellent research and explanation of what it's about.

I have looked here and cannot find it...Maybe it was on another forum. It was mentioned very briefly like it wasn't anything special. But I positively saw it and thought it was a simple request for an extension of some sort.

That is MUCH better news! A new LOI puts away any doubt about timing.

To be honest, the first LOI even with the second amendment could have expired. The article I saw 2 - 3 weeks ago, could have been publishing old news. Which could very well mean that 30 days is up...I actually thought the first LOI was in January...Just published in February.

Anyway. A new one in April puts the timeframe issues to rest.

No, no exact date Bob. Have you read all the post? It Helps. But we do have a BallPark Figure, and a time frame of a great possibillity.

If you dont mind could you give Greenspan a call and ask, "Can I have your Students number in Iraq, I need a exact date". Jola might have it and share it with you.

Thank you all for the information shared and I am not as down as I was a few days ago about this investment. I think the key is good positive news and not just rumor dates. I sincerely hope that $2.41 is the amount, but at this point I will take anything over $1.00. May the Lord bless our investment and may we all share our good fortune with those that I less fortunate.

SO! Just to make things crystal clear, we SHOULD be looking at the time frame of between April 9th - May 9th according to the 'new' Letter of Intent. Which would actually tie in quite nicely with the IC signing on May 3rd and the April 28-30 dates on the exchange rate chart.... C'mon BABY! I am so FREAKIN' READY!!!!
