It could be signed before. I dont trust those News Articles. I just read the Think Tank form this Morning. And I see alot of Articles that goes with what I been told in so many words of camaflauge. According to what is said, they have 30 days to act on it. It has all ready been written on April 9th, according to the information I am given. This letter of Intent is so that they other countries will come thru on their promises of forgiveness of debt and promises of reconstrution. They need a deal in return. That is what the Letter of Intent is created for.

Keep up the good work Neno and friends! Speaking for the newcomers to this Dinar situation and to this forum its a great ride for all of us as the real R/v is coming and very soon!! cheers to all!!
