I've only been reading on this site for a short time ~ 2 weeks. I can't seem to take my eyes off this site but it is wearing me out. It makes sense to me for there to be an RV soon and for a significant amount. My buddy tells me that there is alot of positve things happening in Iraq, but all I ever hear on mainstream media is negative.

What are reasons why the Iraqi government "would not" push for an RV?

who knows what those wacky Iraqis are Up to . My gut feeling is early May for the RV to take place.

The value of their currency has to be up by May. Actually before the ICI signing of May 3rd.

Now if you want to get really technical. I would say that the HCL is already done, why? Cause of the Oil summit on April 18th and 19th. How can you have a Oil Summit with other counrtries, and not have the HCL done? You can not.

I still got one more....lol The first Budget Quarter ends April 26th. Isn't their some wording somewhere that the value of their currency has to be done by then?

Also there is a Articl out there from the gov site that I am waiting to recieve from a freind when they return later today. Supposibly the leak is out, and out from our own GOV. When I get this, this evening I will post it. Good Luck to us all.

To me the GOV=Government is the same as GOP. I am waiting for a freind to get off work later this evening. They are emailing it to me. They also got a Military clearence this week-end to have it. Then came to see that it is already leaked over some how at the other forum. Will update with it later.
