Nothing danny....Im just tired of the crazy stuff said like 2.41...yes while it is a rumor and speculation thread..it just boggles my mind to see so many people sucked into the heard like a brainless sheep. Tank, I have not been in here too long but long enough to become weary and Motion sick with this ride! I am truely hopeing it will happen befor DEC.LOL I like to leave myself some slack. LOL

Seems we have 3 ways of looking at this 75% increase.

#1... The 3.22 USD rate is the "official rate". 75% of 3.22 = 2.41

#2... The 1500 NID that was stated in the beginning as being the "program rate" used during the transitional stage and is NOT the real value of the dinar. 75% of this 'rate' is 375 NID

or my personal favorite

#3... The "Yazzmen rate" which was actually the Black Market rate during Saddams reign which equaled approx. 1.61 USD. 75% of the "Yazzmen Rate" would be $1.20 USD.

To me #3 sounds the most reasonable in terms of what the R/V could initially start at as opposed to $2.41. I have always believed the "Yazzmen Rate" would be the catalyst from which the rate would revolve as per the CBI article of last year. But its JMO.
