Good question,

When I say close, I mean real close. The word on the street is creating a situation of shortages of dinar, and no one is holding dollars, so there is a feeling that we are real close from those in Kurdistan. Why, no doubt there is talk going on which is a good sign for this has never happened before, so with the security in Baghdad starting to take hold, it makes everyone feel a little more confident.

As to when, I feel it will be far less than the 4 months you mentioned, so what the heck, I haven't been out on that limb lately, so I say less than two months is my gut feeling from what I am hearing, so lets see what happens.
All we can do is be patient, and waiting for that reshuffle of parliament is what I am waiting on, and now that Sadr trader is gone, it may speed up this resuffle, at least that is what I am hoping for.

And your post have always been very low keyed until of late, always based on facts. You know I have kept in tune and both feet on the ground. But with the call I got, and now your last few post, man Mike, I need a few weight to start holding me down. Thanks for the change in excitement.
