If you have to constantly remind these people that this is pure speculation and not to make any financial decisions based on this that is what is stupid and they should not have invested in this. Everyone who is stupid enough to go out spending because of something you read in a rumor forum should get out of this investment now and never make another one again.

In my opinion, most of us know it will happen, just not when, so when we hear rumors that Shabibbi has signed off on revalue, it could very well be true, but it does not mean it will happen this month, this year, or any time line. We have seen this over and over again, so really, what difference does it make?

We all want it to happen now, yet how many would be happy to know that it will happen, just not when we all want it to be completed? Personally, I am confident it has been decided, in fact, I feel it was decided from the start, after all, they wouldn't keep two books for nothing. In addition, we all have to remember the rate was an arbitrary devalue for a reason, and the same holds true for restoring the value.

It has to be restored at some point given all the articles stating it would, so with that, I would think most would be happy just to be on this ride, a journey few will ever get to enjoy, so who cares how long it will be. Lets stop the complaining about the time line rumors and just enjoy the ride. Have fun with it and don't take it so personal. It takes a BIG set to come forth with a timeline, so for those who criticize those that do, look in the mirror, have you ever stepped out of your comfort zone before? Everyone is different here, so lets just learn to tolerate each other and get along, stop the jabs and insults which will make this ride more enjoyable.

The stupid ones are those who go out and buy everytime a rumor pops up. The ignorant ones can just chalk it up to being the price of an "education", and not do it again.

Holy Crap............ My friend at work just called Chase bank to see if his order was in... and they told him the exchange rate for some reason changed to .28 cents? I'm getting on the phone right now with the bank.

IMO...this forum, along with several others would almost cease to exist without this chatter....do you really think that almost 24,000 people are registered here to hear about pips/hyips and the other stuff here...IMO, its mainly because of the Dinar...(if Susie & RR started their own Dinar forum the flock here would sure scatter) JMO....

Dude, this is so not funny...

This theory may not be worth much since it's coming from head which is rumored to be worthless most of the time.

Perhaps Shabibi had to sign off on a RV because of the LOI 30 day limit. But the date for it to go in effect will depend on something else. I remember there was speculation that Shabibi submitted a second or third LOI to IMF a few weeks back. Or maybe it was months ago.

They may have given the rate for the Kuwaiti Dinar.
