Uncle Joe advised that his contacts mentioned last Thursday that some thought the HCL finalization would follow the RV . . . his train of thought [ I think - from my notes ], is based on having the new value within / or understood / prior . . . that explains to me why *S* would sign off on the new Value prior to the final, final, final, HCL stuff . . . and then wait . . .

Perhaps someone here can look @ their notes on the HCL draft and see if a *currency value amount* is mentioned anywhere . . . I can't find my copy . . .

In any case, that's MY latest read on his remarks . . . I'll continue to pour through my notes / & talk on the phone as much as I can . . . you guys keep digging . . . we'll get there SOON . . .

Would this not give way to too much speculation?
TELL ALL parties in HCL negotiation prospective RV rate, THEN, negotiate further?

I've always thought HCL/Debt relief/FIL would come BEFORE RV?
