The Pension Law has to have a rate. Not a Exchange Rate but a Retirement Rate, Social Security Rate. They are not giving any details here in the Law that is Officially Published.

actually, those rules for days to enact are describing laws that are passed by parliament and sent to the presidential council. they have so many days to enact the laws before they become automatic. when the law is published it is official and can be enacted immediately.

With all due respect, I feel the least you could do is let us in on who (without naming names) is providing you with this top-secret information?

You could ease a lot of people's minds if you would only elaborate on where or who is feeding this info to you....

It seems extremely unlikely that anyone in the theater of Iraq would be privy to such sensitive information, much less pass this information along to a civilian from Alaska.

All I am asking is to paint a picture for us of how you are obtaining this information, and maybe we will understand better when it doesn't pan out (again). Is it possible you are being played for a fool?

I am asking this as nicely as I can and hope nobody is offended by my asking.
