ya know, i have to admit, when i first joined here, all i was interested in, was finding out when i was going to be rich. i have never been into politics, and i have never followed world news with any regularity.
there was a time back in the 80s that i honestly did not know who our president was, honestly!!. politics and world events, in my opinion, were always someone else's problem, they never had any impact on my little world, of course,...i was stupid, and just did'nt care.
things had'nt changed much, regarding this, even in my adult life,...
...until i became a member of this forum. my eyes have been opened to things outside my life. theres...like...a whole world out there and....stuff.

anyway,....to the point, i find myself more interested in whats going to happen to the Iraqi people, and how they are going to benefit from everything going on over there. im not worried about the reval, i know its going to happen, i just think its cool that we are keeping a close eye on history in the making.

You sound like you are from my generation freeze....It will be nice to see the Iraqi people benefit from this, as well as us and the people that we will be able to help as well!!!
