I dropped my crystal ball. Last week .It shattered into 1,000.000 pieces. Been trying ever since to get a new one, But nothing available, so I will try this off the top of my head I think when the death rate of the Us soldier leveles off to 1 a week,. Then the DINar will RV> JMHO

We can all contemplate on how it's going to go at nauseum...let's just hope they are just going to revert back to a rate that will get their economy FULLY on track with the rest of the world and in turn help their people and benefit those of us holding the currency. Just ma'2-cents...BEEP BEEP.

The amount in circulation is a pretty good reason for not just reverting back, wouldn't you say?

Bob, your post is as profound as it is interesting. And, you know what, in this insane, Neo-Con and sectarian influenced socio-political arena in which we find ourselves living, what you said could actually correlate together in real-time, sanity notwithstanding. In a world of socio-political insane and inane, anything goes. Really, dude, that is a very interesting post. Thanks.

    Best regards,

ATMSMED does not subscribe to the theory that there are two sets of books , one for public view and one for the privileged' view. Very few people probably know exactly what is in circulation now, imho.
That being said, iF the oil reserves are monetized (considered money in the bank) and if we gave them a price of $75/barrel, at an estimated 265billion barrels, (theres probably more) we see a value of $20Trillion smackeroos of oil theyre playing with.
THAT being said we still have not even touched on their reserves of LNG, or the dark horse that no one ever addresses, FResH Water.

All things considered, theyre gonna be some rich bastids over there in mesopotamia, and dinar investors are gonna be some happy bastids too... i dont wanna theorize a date tho...

    All your points are valid

But come on live a little take a guess......
It seems that the state insists, or preserve the value of the Iraqi dinar 148 against the dollar ...Monetary value of the Iraqi dinar must revert to the previous level, or at least to acceptable levels as it is in the Iraqi neighboring states [ MOF Sept 2006]

High RV is like Coke; it’s the real thing baby!

No worries Bob! My crystal ball is all in one piece!!! However, I think the batteries are running low, because I asked it "When will the Iraqi Dinar Revalue?".... it replied "IGNORE the ATM" (machine, I am sure it meant machine) So, I repeated my question but asked some additional information "When will the Iraqi Dinar Revalue, and for how much?!?" Darn thing responded with the same "IGNORE THE ATM!!" (again, it is low on batteries so probably can't say machine) At this point, I was annoyed so I asked it.."Why do you keep telling me to IGNORE the ATM machine, I was just there today?!?!" It replied "DON'T QUOTE ATM, or your balance could read in the NEGATIVE!"

I will make sure to pick up some batteries tomorrow, I have to go to Target anyways....will make sure to pay with a credit card...a little weary of the atm machine!
