I don't know about that. My dog knows she has free will and exercises it regularly. Bad dog! We have the free will to invest or not but it is God's domain on when it RVs. If I could excersise my free will and RV it it would've been done long ago.

So far I have read that the three following things are holding up the RV:

• Passage of the HCL.
• Opening of the ISX.
• U.S. Gov forcing the hold up of RV.

As for the HCL, if the Iraqi people and government don’t like the law, it will not pass and this law has nothing to do with any real good reason for holding up or allowing the RV of the IQD.

I can see where the RV is necessary for the smooth operation of the ISX if it is to do business on the world market. Some information relates to the 19th of June for the RV target date.

I do find it believable that our own government is holding up the RV. If true that their fears are over the Terrorist become rich over the RV. That could be traced and safety measures put into place to control this. So why punish us?

I’m about ready to contact my Congressmen over this issue and ask just why are they trying to hold up the IQD RV? Don’t they know that this would be a very big help to the U.S. people and adding additional tax revenue to the U.S. Treasury?

Or could it be a skillfully deep seeded plan by the Liberal Democrats to get controls and laws into place to raise the Capital Gains Taxes and Income Taxes to the point of taking over 50% or more of our projected income?

I have 56 years experience at being a self centered know it all selfish ***** and I've paid the price. And as much as I need an RV so I can keep my house and take care of my health I do realize this RV is NOT about us or the US government and taxes. Its about the Iraqi people starving and dying each day due to lack of money.

For me personally the RV is about me getting RICH and only that.
