notice how all the articles about what the rate would be in the past are coming together very nicely? setting the rate to neighbor values (kuwait), percentage of former rate (75%), pension rate of dinar, etc. all these things were stated clearly to us the last 3 years and oh, if we would have only known how to interpret them then there would be more impatience than there is now!

Called a Puzzle with bad corners. We just had to try and carve the edges into a perfect fit.

Even tho sometimes it seems endless, the waiting and the waiting and the waiting. But as many have said before, we are waiting for a good cause. OS, why the doom and gloom. You are always on top of this investment. I really appreciate your insight and work. A common theme running through this forum is that the r/v is inextricably
linked to the enhanced capabilities of the ISX - that is (1) expansion from
four sessions a week to ten sessions a week; (2) extension of access to
foreigners; and (3) electronic upgrading.

There have been varying reports as to when these things are to happen.

Unlike an r/v rate or a date for the r/v, though, it seems to me that the timing of (1), (2) and/or (3) above should be less enshrouded in secrecy
and should be obtainable. I mean why would the ISX want to spring these things on its customers without some kind of reasonable warning or notice?

Does anyone know if all three upgrades need to happen as a prerequisite
for the r/v? And does anyone have a fix on the timing of the three?

Hey. Where in the heck is RollsRoyce? What your take on all that's being dicussed. Do you go along with this RV in 2 years "theory"?
