I feel the same way. Let the pessimists have there jollies for now. I will, however, avoid laying on them the "I told you so" statement. I try to stay away from negative energy.

This has been going on for 3 years! How is that an overnight R/V? If it stayed at the program rate (1470) then your theory holds water. The IQD has been appreciating since November. Re-establishing the former rate on the CBIs books (.31 dinar /dollar) is not an overnight R/V. It's simply adjusting to the correct rate of exchange.

I like this statement.

Instead of arguing with some who hold a more negative view of the IQD, we should simply paste this statement in response...nothing else...this says it all.

Oh, but how I wish that day would be NOW!!! I am sooo tired of waiting ,and hoping, and getting discoured, and then hoping, and then dreaming, and on and on and on....
I do believe in this investment, but now even my daughter is starting talking about selling... And I advice her NOT to, but I can understand her also. She put in about 1000$ and is only 22...and needs money now that she will leave for/ live in the USA a year...
And if she sold now she would lose - we can't buy at the banks here and of course dealer prices are higher... PLUS the Swedish krona is getting stronger so she would lose because of that too...
Anyway, I don't think she'll sell, and I would have to be really desperate to do it, but I am so tired of the waiting!!!
And yes, I UNDERSTAND that they are building a country, things have to happen in THEIR time, not mine, etc...But STILL!
I want it to happen NOW!!!!

Take it easy now guys....no need to try and start an argument. If you have so much faith in an overnight RV then there is no reason to get bent out of shape reading the opinions of a so-called pessimist. The only reason I can think of for getting upset is if you think there is a grain of truth to it and you just don't like being reminded of it. Just relax and have confidence in your own beliefs and don't let other opinions sway you or bother you.
