Still confused on 1 reading or 3 to get passed by Parliament, hopefully just 1.

2 readings and then a vote. we are one reading away from a vote. since they normally take one day in between readings to think about it that would put the second reading today/tomorrow(thursday in iraq) which would leave only the vote.
