thanks Al and 18 Delta...very well put....everything we have witnessed the past 6 years kinda in a nutshell....now if we could get that lazy,inept,corrupt GOI to act upon the revel...if it is in Maliki's hand as you say why hasn't he RV'd yet?...that is the trillion dollar question....but i do agree we are closer then we have ever been....do it Maliki...GO DINARS...Pat

18Delta is SFMedic. He has been posting for sometime now and leading a lot of people to believe there will be an overnight RV just about every week.

I didn't read his history, I have read it before. He has taken information from others and put it together. Not too difficult.

Most of the time he is inarticulate, factually wrong, swears like a trooper and again, just like frank26, bans any member who questions his so called 'sources' that predict everyone will be rich 'any day now', so I have heard. I don't visit his 'CHATROOM'.

I very much hope you will not be sucked in Orkallan. To date he has a 100% track record of being wrong. Orkallan feel free to post his stuff, however, I will feel obliged to show it for what it is. Just another charlatan pumper on the make.

This chap does not have the answers you are looking for. I believe him to be on the payroll of a dealer.

An overnight Revaluation of massive proportions at this point is a dream.

thanks for the up and up Seaview...as i asked earlier if the RV is in the hands of Maliki as he claims why hasn't he RV'd by now?...its not a computer glitch holding this up...if anybody needs an RV its Maliki to save his job...he is not that popular in his country after failing on most of his promises when he first took office....i mean the facts 18Delta stated are true...but we got that from all the posts that people have been posting for years...its that added part that states the RV is in Maliki's hands...i believed him until there....lol...then that old feeling of days past when SGS and the infamous Nemo ran amok here claiming all their so called intel proved a fluke crept into my blood lines....lol...as we all know...no one in Rolclub or in these chatrooms has any idea exactly when....or how much the Rv will be...rumors are ok...but when all this INTEL is supposedly leaked out...lol...kinda makes you wonder huh...IMHO....GO DINARS...Pat

Don't get me wrong. I enjoy the rumour section and reading all the comments. You have put a lot of effort into this Orkallan, I appreciate it and I enjoy reading your posts. I just want SFMedics rumours to be seen for what they are. We can all have a laugh reading them together.

And of course, in your travels who knows what you may hit upon.

Thanks all for the efforts. I used to go to the "Med"s" chat room. I never posted only read. When I saw a chap talk about buying dinar for the 'tomorrow' Rv to pay rent, had to post. I told "Med" as a Vet myself I respected his views, but that he nor anyone else had any idea when or even if this may happen. And the chap with the rent due, I told him to buy a lottery ticket (Better Odds)... I was than Banned for Life..LOL What a strange and eventful ride this has been.. And yes my Best Bud Socata is still out there, doing OK and like the rest of us, WAITING"... Merry Christmas to all and may the New Year ahead hold promise for us all.67

Sorry Seaview- I didn't know....I'll try and do better. For example, no more predictions from me. I'm a little red-faced right now. I don't feel you were rebuking me for posting the "History Lesson" but I got your message loud and clear. But like Mike, I thought it was an informative piece- no matter who it was that took the time to write it up. And 67, it is their loss when they banned you but I still feel bummed it happened to you. I have never been to that forum and guess there is no need to anyway...

Now that I have all that baggage behind me, I will express an opinion regarding some news... PM Maliki has been taking great pains to prepare his announcement of his intentions to run for re-election as PM, which he will declare sometime Sunday. Based upon what he stated in an interview a month ago regarding eliminating the problem of unemployment and regaining national sovereignty, etc. (see prior posts), I think this would be an opportune time to announce something else of great significance, and I for one will be anxiously searching the news article that discusses what he says when he makes his speech! (How'd I do? See? No predictions- no NOTH'N. I didn't even mention "RV"!!!)

Any information which fills in a few more blanks for people is good in my mind, so I enjoyed the updates which have been compiled and listed in the order of occurance, it sure jogged my memory. lol

With the theory Maliki will be playing U.S. politics and buy this upcoming election is about the only thing that makes sense as I have said all along, so this should be an interesting weekend. lol

The main thing is keeping the faith, having a few laughs, and then simply enjoy the ride, ever if it is quite a bit longer than all of us planned, remember, any journy has an end destination, and we are almost home.

Hi Friends!
Well, being a married man for 35+ years and having 9 children, I am quite experienced in being "braced" from time to time!
And no Pat buddy, I didn't take offense at the replies to my posts. Frustrations can easily erupt when anticipating something good and everything seems to be in order to receive the prize- but the prize is not awarded in a timely fashion!
I have an older friend who is a retired school teacher and was an Army Captain in WW II; the point being, he knows how to be a regimented, disciplined person. Yet he often hasn't behave that way. He has been well off financially speaking for over 30 years, yet he would get so excited by redeeming mail-in rebate coupons- you know, the "limit one per family" type, by using his school address, house address, his name, his wife's name, etc. so that he would get several rebates for a dollar each. This is just one example. He didn't need the money, it was the thrill of taking advantage of the "system" and getting one over on someone else that was quite titillating for him.
His behavior reminds me of the Iraqis. Their culture seems to be such that they are paranoid that someone will make a dime without them getting a piece of the action, or someone else will make a nickel more than one of them and that would be some gross injustice. Its the kind of paranoia that paralyzes anything being accomplished.
Anyway, I have to keep reminding myself to "seize the day" (TODAY), while having hopeful anticipation for the "tomorrows".
So...Here's for TODAY!
And...Here's for TOMORROW!
We all have sooo much to be thankful for, and I don't want this crazy dinar ordeal to overshadow this special celebratory season of the year when many give recognition to the greatest blessing of all.......Jesus!
